I made a online order when I went to pick up the cashier was rude she said my son had call them and told them bi$$% when we never call then they call the cook to intimate me and tried to explained to them where never call she keep up with that they where not going to make my order worst attitude and bad costumer service will call corporate about it
No one ever has wings this fresh other then wingstop there food great the customer service here awesome
The customer service here is amazing walked in right away and so welcoming usually I go to wing stop and stores are filthy I look in the back location super clean , the lady’s super happy and excited to work definitely be back soon
When I say wings are fresh and bomb here I mean it I love coming here they never seem to disappoint
Manager was beyond RUDE & Unprofessional! The girl in the front was too.I was not greeted after I had been standing there for about 5 min, I said hello can someone help me. There was one girl in the front and about 7 in the back. The girl in the front never said one min I’ll be with you. She never looked up! After she counted the Pennie’s she then answered the phone.Other ppl was also upset talking about how the customer service sucked!So after i said hello can someone help me the manager comes out the back & says the girl is new what do expect!!! I said who’s a greeting is a common courtesy & since she’s new that means she just got trained and she’s not using her skills!The manager went back n forth with me about 2/3 min even while I was talking to a guy I said she says the manager and she tells out yea I am! I can’t believe it!!! How can she make and excuse for poor behavior! If the girl is new she should notice be in the frontb and how would anyone know she’s new??? She didn’t have a shirt on or no signs saying I’m new bare with me! What in the world. And if that manager trained her it all makes sense she was horrible!The wings were not as good today I called in & ask for well done! Wings we soggy not crispy at all. Task location is going downhill!
