DO NOT COME HERE! If you are on any type of time limit... the serve is super slow! Ordered one meal of the thighs and waited an easy 20 plus mins... how sad... wasted My lunch waiting for food to eat for said lunch...
Slow service I’ve been here for over 40 mins and place order ahead of time so I did not have to wait. It defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.
I’ve ate wing stop many times but the two lady’s working last night 1/20/22 at this location made the best wing stop I ever had lol
UPDATE 1/21/2022: Complete Turnaround!! From one start to FIVE!! We decided to give this location another shot and it was the best decision ever, the staff has been transformed from sad and mopey to pleasant, polite and positive! We have been grabbing wings almost weekly here now and the food has been fresh, never too saucy and always tastes awesome! Great fries and the speed of service has improved tremendously. If you like good wings this Wingstop is the place for sure!Wow, what a disappointment! We have ordered out from this Wingstop many times and had a few issues with missing items and slow service but none that had turned us off for good until Valentine's Day. Tried to call in but could not get through so I placed an order online at 7:18 pm. Conformation email said 30-38 minutes so I waited a bit and got to the location at 7:50 pm. After waiting with about 20 other customers for a few minutes I overheard the cashier tell a customer that their online ordering system was down and she asked the customer to write down their order and she would put it in. I stepped forward and asked if I could also write down my order then, she tore off a piece of receipt paper and tossed it with a pen to me. As I started to write all the other customers realized that they had also been waiting for orders that had not even been put in yet. It became chaos in a hurry. I felt bad for the staff, apparently the manager had called off and they were already shorthanded which explains their very poor attitude however it wasnt mine or any other customers fault so it was not cool to vent on us. I watched many orders come out incorrectly and then wait even longer while they remade others food before our order, it was 9:20 pm when I finally got our food and it wasnt just my frustration making it seem like the food quality was poor it actually tasted horrible. Wings were under cooked and fries were soggy, no veggies were included although our combos should have come with them. Probably the worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant.
Placed an order online and quickly called to cancel. I was told my order was canceled and should receive my refund in 2 weeks. It’s been over 3 months. After 5 attempts to request a refund I have yet to see the money. It is safe to say I will never see those $30. But I will also never order takeout at wings stop again. Overall disappointed with management at this location.
They literally NEVER answer the phone. Very inconvenient especially since app won't let you make special requests. I've held on the phone for 30 minutes. Can't do it! Ended up just hanging up and ordering from somewhere else.
If I could do zero star I would these are not wings they are chicken nuggets and for got to give delivery diver full order missing my 3 orders of fries. They don't answer the phone. Also if the drive stole them it's on them for having that service. Bbq salty as well.
Good service I would like to see macaroni or potato salad on the menu.
Even though they give me somebody’s food ,I still get mine, and the food is toasty, by the way, the employee is friendly
Clean space and I really love the food here.
