This Wendy's has very bad quality assurance. They constantly short people of their items. Multiple times I've gotten home and I'm missing something. When I call they're response is next time you come in we'll have your sandwich for you. This happens so much. I check my orders 90% of the time but when you're solo and have a small order and they assure you everything is there you assume they double checked. I hope they one day get it together.
Just left here, rushing to work, but pregnant and hungry. Ordered a biscuit, egg and cheese combo - no meat - which was confirmed by the drive thru lady. I got to work, opened my food, there's bacon on it.Just disappointing. I'm usually okay with taking it off and still eating it, so I tried that. But then the biscuit was soggy and the egg was ice cold.First time at this location, won't be back
I think I have been to every Wendy's in Inland Empire and some in LA County. They definitely range in quality and this one is of mediocre in relation to quality and customer service. Everything is just ok and most staff is friendly enough. They are fairly quick at prepping orders in comparison to others and good at solving issues. The baked potatoes leave something to be desired; usually dry and small. Good luck!
Went through the drive thru for a late dinner. The line was crazy long, per usual. The burger was juicy and delicious, as always! The frosty was cold and chocolatey, like I like it! LoL! The fries, unusually, blah.
I wish they gave more meal options. By the time I ordered everything a la carte even though it was pretty much the same as a meal deal it ended up being over $16.00! I think that is a lot for a junior double burger, small fry, small drink and 2 small frostys. The guy at the counter was very nice. The service fast. A sweet woman that worked there showed me how to work the drink machine. The food was good and fresh.
The most unprofessional setting I have ever expierenced!! I ordered a 4 for 4. They forgot my burger and no sauce. I gave the bag back and asked politely for more sauce. Then the manager comes to the window and stares me down and causes a big scene as if I did something wrong i asked her name she refused to give. Then behind her a male employee says que paso homes as if he is gonna fight me. I will be contacting human resource. I had no clue this was high-school I thought I was at a business
Ever since they have advertised guaranteed hot fries they have failed miserably. Before my fries were always hot and crispy. But they are better than Micky D's
I went to this Wendy's for the very first time I ordered a taco salad baked potato with sour cream and chives and the Frosty's keychain. I was told they had no more keychains. When I got home I did not have the salad, and the baked potato was plain. I called and made arrangements to get my money back the next day. When I got there the dining room was closed and they refuse to answer the phone. This was my first experience with a Wendy's. Will definitely be my last.
The morning manager tall thin lady long hair rude. The dining room has been closed in the mornings cause they don't have employees that want ro work. Well first of all get rid of that rude as manager and they will be good.
Don't come here for delivery. Takes WAY TO LONG. They need to change the times they say they are opened in dining room. It says open till 1 am but they are not opened. Had to wait in drive thru for Door dash. Made me super late. Need to fix the schedule.!
