Ordered their chicken bowl the other day and found chicken to be overcooked which turned out very dry. Also found a large piece of meat that was not chopped up.
I've been to multiple different locations and the food tends to be bland and cold. I Just order a bowl with rice, veggies, and chicken and eat it right away so it's surprising that it isn't hot.
The guy at the counter was not friendly, maybe because they were busy. Food was good, and the restaurant was picked up, and clean.
This post is for Daniel. His impeccable service in spite of little to no assistance from the other staff is admirable.I arrived to pick up a very large order and even though there was a line, Daniel acknowledged and greeted me courteously and professionally. Daniel was eager to assist me with my order and for that I am grateful. It's very rare these days to find customer service help at retail stores who provide the type of customer service that Daniel provided to me as well as the others in line waiting to place an order.Daniel even continued to provide excellent customer service to an extremely rude customer in line. I don't condone rude behavior especially with service providers. So it was refreshing to see that Daniel's level of service did not decline as a result of the rude customer.Daniel's example of exemplary customer service should be the model by which all Waba Grill employees follow at this location as I have definítely encountered some questionable workers. Daniel deserves to be recognized and or monetarily compensated for the asset that he is to Waba Grill.Thank you Daniel for being such a warm and friendly part of Waba Grill.
First visit here, went to get food for fam for Father's Day. I walked in and there were no employees or customers inside. One was in his car while the other was taking out the trash, no big deal until I walked up to the counter and saw how dirty the food prepping and cooking area was. It was disgusting in the kitchen and it smells like sewage in there. I didn't believe the bad reviews until I went myself and wow. I walked right out, no way I was eating there. Management needs to really take a look at this location.
Great grill located down from the cemetery where I go every week this week's visit was outstanding there were 3 guys working there I don't know their names they didn't have name tags but they made my entire day
Actually pretty tasty! Very helpful and friendly staff. The meat was seasoned and grilled perfectly. My kids love this place. I'd definitely return.
Solid place to grab a rice bowl. I have had both the steak and the plant steak bowls. The plant steak was from nasoya and it was pretty good if you want something of a more vegetarian/vegan option.
Food was great. But the customer service was the worst. The girl cashier was rude and unprofessional. Kept rushing me with my order saying “Anything else” repeatedly after anything I ordered or questions I had. I also ordered a side of dumplings and she forgot to put it in the bag with my other items. Also there was no one behind me in like so I don’t see the reason of why she was rushing me.
This place is great. The food is always fresh. I like it better than flame broiler. The employees were nice! Give it a try.
