I hope this reaches management, I am giving the restaurant 3 stars because the food is actually good. The problem is this location needs a staff retraining, I’ve visited the restaurant several times and every time the whole staff looks like they’re all upset at something. No customer service at all! I actually even feel awkward every time I’m waiting for food. Besides that, the food is good, and it would make it a better place to have lunch if the vibe felt better in there, but it’s heavy unfortunately.
Very delicious and hot and ready healthy as well...
This location is definitely not the one you want to visit if it's your first experience at WaBa. The employees here are pretty deadpan.
1. No hand sanitizers anywhere in the room2. No need for employee running cashier to be simultaneously prepping food if there’s people handling food orders already (not hygienic)3. No one was wearing gloves while prepping food, except for one individual
Its pretty good. A lil short on the rice.
I came in and there were about 5 customers in total and four employees. Given the small sizes of the orders before me, I don’t think I should have waited as long as I did - about 5 minutes. On average, my waba orders come in at about 2 minutes. Also, my plate was missing dressing and did not have the spicy waba sauce substitute as requested. I don’t normally leave reviews, but when things go as wrong as this, I feel it may be a learning lesson for management.
Good food at a good price
I went to the store on Canyon Springs and the cashier doesn't let you order she interrupts hence she doesn't listen. I ordered 2 chicken and steak bowls with onion and she gave me 2 steak bowls no chicken and no onion. The receipt says Brenda, she does not provide a positive customer experience. Apparently she does not like her job.
I could put no stars I would. I asked for ice and they said sorry there’s no ice. Customer service is not good is rather go or mc donalds.
Really ? Yummy!! Great time eatin the Chicken Bowl w/ Brown rice veggies n Avocados..
