The wait in the drive thru is literally insane and I only had 2 cars infron of me. Next time I'm just going to gold star down the street.
Terrible drive thru experience. Waited about 45 minutes with only three cars ahead of me. I ordered a burger by itself, the price on the menu showed it was $5 and change, I don't remember exactly. After waiting what I consider too long, I pull up to the window, I'm told the real price is actually almost $10 out the door, and then am immediately given my food even though it was about 10-20 minutes for the each of the cars in front of me. I noticed the bag of food wasn't warm at all, but thought maybe it was insulated well. I get home and open the food to find a completely cold burger (no warmth at all) with buns that were stale on one side and completely soggy from tomato juices on the other. Furious with how much I just spent, I ate the burger anyway, and in the last few bites I bit something very hard and crunchy. I thought maybe it was burnt bacon, but it had an indescribable taste to it, and almost had the texture and feeling of chewing egg shells. I'm not sure what happened here as I've had the same burger from this same restaurant in the past for less money and way better quality. I don't care what excuses the restaurant has, if you're charging almost $10 for one single burger it better be at least of mediocre quality. This one was not even acceptable. I likely won't be returning to Vicky's, its a shame they lost a once satisfied customer.
Every time we come here for breakfast we are impressed. The food quality is good, the location is clean, and the service is great. Cant ask for more really.
My BLT was excellent...and always served with friendly staff. Nice cozy dining area too.
Really enjoyed trying something new. Breakfast items all day...the staff close off and clean up half the restaurant before they close though creating less space to sit down.
Love this food if you're going to give anybody rewards this is the place to give them rewards that means if your husband does good you give him Vicky's

Customer Service drive-through was exceptional very pleased with my service and our food the crispy chicken salad is absolutely delicious one of the best I’ve had in a long time and the patty melt (on sour dough with grilled onions and tomatoes) with a side of onion rings and zucchini half-and-half were so delicious made to perfection I definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone and I will be back ? Yumm thank you so much to the night crew at Vickys burgers you all are doing an outstanding job

My family and I had breakfast here last weekend and at first I didn't mind the little bit than longer wait. But I started to see other people who came before us get their food first. We asked a Mexican short older lady why our order hasn't arrived and responded with that's just how we do things, no sorry for the wait or anything. Their ordering system is bad. I also found out that one of the servers there, a young Hispanic girl with her hair up served his boyfriend first. I saw this guy way behind us in line. I didn't know they were a couple until I saw them interact not how you should in a professional and family environment. They were touching and flirting in a family restaurant, it's disgusting. We asked her for refill coffee and ignored my family at first. We couldn't believe we saw such bad service. When we finally got our food it was not served hot . Very lukewarm. Worst experience at a family restaurant, I think it should be more like a Hooters with all the inappropriate stuff my family saw. Where's the manager , how can he let something like this be allowed to happen.
