First Timer.Loved the decor of the Restaurant.Food was quite good.I got the Pot Pourri which comes with four different sauces: Mizithra Cheese and Browned butter, Marinara, clam sauce and meat sauce, really good ??.Their Sicilian Cheese Bread was really good as well.
Was there for a graduation party where there were approximately 60 people. I was amazed by the efficiency of the service and how the staff nailed all orders including drinks. There were 3 fixed menus available, which made it easier for everyone (great idea) and each person selected which menu they wanted by picking a paper with the name of the menu and placing it in front of their plates. Salads were well garnished and seasoned. Bread was fresh and crispy. Not a wrong order and the staff always had a smile! Had a great time!
I arranged online a High School class mini-reunion meeting for 10 of us. Two more decided to come a couple of days later and I called to see if I could add two - no problem! I received a confirmation text the morning of the dinner and asked in the comment box if I could add one more for another late sign-up. Text response was, "No problem." I arrived 30 minutes ahead of time and advised them that two had cancelled. They said, "No problem!" Once everyone arrived we were seated and our group was down to 8 (#9 came late!) Server said, "No problem!" We had a great time with great food like we ordered in a spot that gave us enough privacy to talk and be heard by each other. Our server, Paula, agreed to learn how to use my Nikon Z mirrorless camera and took some great pics of our group. Thank you Paula!! Thank you, to the whole Old Spaghetti Factory from an Old High School class of 1965! ??
The food was delicious but the service and wait time was far below ideal. The inside is nice unless you don't enjoy feeling like your in a dressed up barn.
However, the location is quite cool. Interior design with high ceilings and a charming feel. That's what you get for your money.I ordered the Fiery Vesuvius, which was tasty but more sweet and savory than spicy. The salad I ordered was a letdown due to the poor ranch dressing. The cocktail was fine, however there wasn't enough sugar around the rim.
Such a reliable place to have a great pasta dinner. The garlic cheesy bread is divine! Love that there is a kids menu with lots of options. And the ice cream is delicious. Wonderful to have a full 3 course meal at a family friendly place. Sit in the train! Super fun even for adults.
Service was really good but the food quality was just ok. Needs more flavor in the sauces for me when comparing to an Olive Garden or a Buca di Bepo. We hosted a party in the back room which was actually not too private but we made the best out of it.
Today was the first time my fiance and I dined in at The Old Spaghetti Factory. The staff was friendly and attentive. Our server Onyx was phenomenal and so kind! This restaurant is very clean and beautifully decorated. The food was great and everything was delicious, hot, and fresh. Great experience and am looking forward to make next visit!
First time trying the old spaghetti factoryAnd I was not impressedfood was okay at best got the spaghetti with meat sauce and two meatballs. The noodles were cooked fine but needed some flavor. The meat sauce was okay ( I guess ) the meatballs did not have the best taste. I did like the salad ? and the bread ?. But I don’t think I’ll be back. It’s just to pricey for the quality of food and the mediocre service
We had a great time. Winter was our server and she was amazing! In all my years of experience as a patron and a server she is easily one of the best! Her ability to make us feel welcome and comfortable while also providing unmatched service was what made our experience personal and memorable. We’ll definitely be coming back.
