When did you start serving RAW CHICKEN in KIDS MEALS? We tried to call the restaurant but got customer service. Customer service said they couldn't do anything and we have to reach out online. So here we are, at home, and thankful my wife cut open the chicken bites or my 2 year old daughter could have gotten salmonella!Unacceptable The Habit Burger Grill!
Excellant Veggie burger and was a first timer..just loved it...will come.b. So glad to see veggie options. Thanks Sarah for being so sweet as she said u will love it... a good friendly ambience.
The Habit hamburger chain is pretty above the average fastfood place. Speaking of fast food, this place was not! I am going to likely account for the slower service and preparation due to fact that I straggled in pretty late and not too far from closing time. I noticed several of the young staff standing around behind the counter and in the prep area mostly unproductive and doing nothing but loudly talking and gossipping about others amongst themselves. The conversation seemed somewhat tacky, but no big deal. They were having fun. Meanwhile all this personnel standing around and my order is not being prepared. I see maybe 3 employees actually keeping busy . The one that took my order, another person cleaning the dining area and another bagging up orders for a food delivery service that was coming in to pickup the order. Finally, someone does something and drops some fries in the basket. At this point I distracted myself with my phone. After about five minutes a few more last minute patrons drop in and line up behind the counter while the same group of kids behind the counter mostly disperse back to work but continue to chat back n forth about teenage chit chat. I think that must of been about the time my burger probably hit the grill. My Burger was good and tasty no complaints, but my fries were not so good. They were lukewarm and kinda soggy. I think that they didn't cook in hot enough oil and were removed from the fryer wayyy before my burger was finished being prepared. Like I said, a lot of younger staff and right before closing. With such large staff only two or three seemed to be doing all the work. It seemed like time took forever before my puck ever buzzed for pickup.ALSO THIS LOCATION DOESNT HAVE THE GINGER INFUSED FRUIT JUICE DRINK. Was it replaced by the Mango? I chose the berry lemonade and it was fairly watered down.I mostly am really knit picking , as I enjoy having this as a choice for a place to get an above average burger at a decent price for what ya get!
Lots of options, good food. I really enjoyed their veggie options on the side instead of fries
I love The Habit’s food - taste and quality is great. However, every time I order online or from their app, the food isn’t ready until 15-20 minutes AFTER the given pick up time. I understand it’s an estimate so maybe +\- 5 minutes makes sense but that amount of time gets to be quite frustrating. Today was the 4th or 5th times this has happened and makes me less likely to order out from here. **Editing to add: the last time it happened ended up being 25 MINUTES after the given pick up time because the employee placed my order in the "delivery" area instead of customer pick up area even though I was standing there waiting for it.
The manager Jessica Elmore was so nice and helpful probably the most qualified person in the place besides her beauty the food was great. Can't wait to go back for a burger and hopefully her number
I did store pickup, they ask what drink but don't fix it. So I waited longer than they stated and then they gave me my order and empty cups. Silly they should state I can make my own drink so I could have gotten cups and been ready when my order was done. Poor process, also the slowdown for my ordercthey said was my salad... isn't even cooked.

Every time I eat here I'm always so surprised when it's super delicious. I've never not had a good experience with their food/burgers, and yet I'm always shocked it's good, like it's a new place or hidden gem or something. ?♀️
