The employees need to be more organized. They didn’t make my drink. After a while I asked them and they said they didn’t have my order. They even wanted to charge me again for a croissant that I had already in my hands and took it from me. Even after I showed them my recipe they kept looking on the computer for my order like if I was lying. Specially the guy that came to try to fix the problem really made me feel like I was trying to steal or something. They gave me the items after a while all cold already.
teas are overly sweet, i’ve asked for half the sweetener and they give me sugar free still sweetened to the max. (it ends up having that weird faux sweetener taste)lattes always have chunks of sugarchai tea is poured over ice while still smoldering, almost always watery.cold brew quite bitter — some may enjoy
My experience today at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf was terrible. I ordered drinks for me and my friend but my friend's drink didn't come out. I asked the staff 5 times but they didn't seem to know anything about the 2nd drink. Had to wait almost 45 minutes for the issue to be resolved.
There black coffee either taste like boiled dirty dish water, or extremely acidic there is literally no in-between.
It was the best experience always! Not only they provide great coffee and pastries but amazing services too. This coffee shop is really worth visiting because of its amazing atmosphere and a great set of baristas that can make your coffee more special. I will surely recommend this coffee shop to everyone! Everything here is all worth it!

Great coffee! We went just before visiting The Fox performing Arts Centre, so it was quite late at night – which basically meant me had the place to ourselves. The staff were lovely and there was soothing music playing. Nice relaxed atmosphere.
Delicious coffee, I tried the horchata iced latte, and the tiramisu blended drink and they were both amazing. Ucr us really lucky to have such a great coffee shop on campus.
