Unfortunately, coffee bean has gone over the top with the masking mandates. Its 2022 cmon now! I dont argue or complain to the workers, its honestly not their fault. I simply refused and took my business to Starbucks that didnt care if I had one or not. Ill gladly update this review when the masking mandates go away for good. For the record. I dont care if an individual wears a mask or not. Im just anti-mandate.
The shift supervisor was screaming to “keep the doors closed” when we explained people were holding them open for a person in a wheel chair he came around the counter- looked at a baby in a stroller and sarcastically said “is this the wheel chair?” We said “umm no there was a person with a wheel chair who gave up and left because they couldn’t get in.” He then said “don’t serve them” and we left. There it is. That’s the review. To be denied service and for him not to be more patient with a person In a wheel chair is a bit over the top.
SHOWED UP ON A FRIDAY NIGHT @ 9:30 PM AND NO PASTRIES FOR CRYING OUT LOUD. HAD TO GET A COOKIE. ? WHY HAVE THEM ON DISPLAY IF THERE ALL OUT. THE HOT MOCHA WAS GOOD HOT AS ORDERED. REASON FOR TWO STARS. THE PLACE NEEDS A GOOD WIPE DOWN DIRTY ? THE TABLE WE SAT AT WAS SO LOPSIDED THEY NEED A 2x4 TO MAKE IT EVEN. ?
How is this place always closed when the hours say it’s open?? This is the second time I’ve come and they aren’t open when they should be.. like the people and the coffee when they are present.. need my daily coffee people ! Lol
This place disappoints time and time again. I only go because it's near my job. The coffee is OK but way overpriced, and I thought starbucks was expensive. Customer service is really lacking. No friendly greetings. Most importantly DO NOT order any of the hot breakfast items. They gave me my egg and ham sandwich COLD and it was so gross. The egg was like egg salad. I've tried the wrap and it also nasty.
Very nice place the workers there are amazing I definitely recommend them go check em out they have the best coffee in town
My favorite coffee place.☕ Brewed coffee with Hazelnut is always a good choice if you like it hot. I also like The original Mocha Ice Blend with whipped cream. No drive-thru at this location but the patio is nice and roomy. Friendly Baristas.

I love their coffee, LONG time (years) customer, but it seems their Common Sense is lacking. Truthfully, I hate to leave a bad review. I'm a business owner. But I dislike more that they CHOOSE to waste all these cups, lids, etc...when I politely ask them to pour into my own, clean mug. (And to make it worse, to tell me its due to covid, please...have some common sense: 1. You can pour into my mug w/out touching, 2. It doesn't live on surfaces more than what 3 seconds? I own a Food/Bev business, IF you are properly cleaning your utensils, it's a NON-issue.) Just my humble opinion.
In a perfect world there were three ? If you have not tried The coffee bean overnight oats you are missing out.
