I don't even like baking but these reviews take the cake ? the people getting mad over them I enjoy them carry on love you guys
I implore people to read ALL the reviews. This owner is extremely disrespectful and incredibly rude. Does not care about their customers at all. Even makes a snarky remark on one comment about how they (cakewalk owner) makes more in a month than the reviewer. What kind of terrible management is this? There's no need to kowtow to your clients but the owner is downright nasty to people. It's like they saw those Twitter burn accounts and thought they could be rude but funny and only mastered the rude part. I would not give this place any of your hard earned money. They do not appreciate your business nor do they respect you. They are "me first" people who don't care about people at all, only your money.Yup and another sad snarky reply. I wanted to check this place out but after seeing the reviews and how the owner talks well I guess they make enough money they don’t need my business
If I could Rate this place 0 stars I would. I called before I went down there to see if they had an item I needed and they reassured me they had it. When I got there they said they didn't carry the irem. Now I know why they have all the 1 stars!!! The management doesn't do anything to try to resolve any of the customer service issues, she rather back talk and trash talk back. What a trashy way to run a business. I will never go back there or recommend this place.
Over priced and needs membership. Owner and employees were distant not offering much help.
Place is over priced and the ignorance of the owner and employees is beyond astonishing. Read all the 1 star reviews. The owner is garbage for a human being.
Requires you to have a membership to shop. They have a day pass for like $5 or a yearly fee. Didn't let me know until 20mins in the shop and after waiting in line. No where does it say you need a membership to shop. A sign saying members-only savings but nothing saying you need a membership. I understand the pandemic changed thing but at least put a sign saying you membership required to shop with you.
Now this store is charging $10.00 day pass to purchase a cake drum that cost $5.99 the lady said that they are charging anual membership due to discounted prices but those prices are higher or equal to other stores. Never shopping in here again
i was looking up stores like this in my area. not great reviews. and looking at owners response to one- "ENTITLED MUCH, etc". is that a professional or even friendly response to existing or possible new business you want as a reply? - asking for possible new customers reading your response.-
I wouldn’t even give this place a one star. I’ve been trying to get in there since this morning. Says they open at 11 so I came back at 11 to find a woman standing outside telling me they are not open again. She said she was here this morning and the young lady inside the store saw her but never told her she was not going to open until she came back for the second time. And now I hear you have to be a member as well. Try Pila’s pantry in Norco. And read the reviews on here so many people are saying how rude the employees are. I will not give my time and money to a place that doesn’t value its customers or honor the times it’s supposed to be open.
