I stopped in here recently and ordered the jalapeno wings as well as the Cajun wings. And there is a wild difference in quality. The Cajun wings were really just buffalo wings. When I told them I think they gave me the wrong order, they said "oh I'm sorryI'll fix it" and then sprinkled Cajun seasoning on top of the buffalo sauce. At first I thought they didn't want to remake it but by reading other reviews this comical attempt at Cajun anything is apparently what passes there. Strongly recommend trying anything else.Positives though, the fries were very crispy and the inside was not soggy. The proportions were pretty good and the location is bright and the seating is spaced efficiently. Also it's not the cooks or cashier's fault that the menu is lack luster, they were very friendly and clearly work hard because as I walked up the cashier was working on completing door dash orders and working the POS. Oh and they validate parking.
Everything you'd expect in a saucy chicken joint. The Cajun is basically Buffalo sauce but it's still good. The workers are very nice.
The place was empty when I ordered, took more than 30 mins to receive food and the fries weren't even warm when I did. I understand why the place is empty now.
Phone Ordered the boss fries 30min later went to pick them up. They said the boss fries were discontinued. They said they tried to call me but I never gave them my number & didn't get a voice mail. They also told me how much it's going to be. If it was discontinued it shouldn't be on the register. The staff was very disrespectful. Never going here again. Luckily there is another chicken place in the same shopping center called Hotties. From now on yhe buffalo spot will not be getting my business.
Im completely upset, I had to use my other GMail account to write another review, I always come to this spot, use to be my favorite But let me tell you, They have a new manager smh My wings wasn't well done as I requested,Then on top of that I had to come home to cook my wings well done, The bread smells like it's old & to top if off its cold?.. All bad, Everytime I come here I spend 70 bucks to feed my family. Very Disappointed Buffalo Spot (Riverside). Im not sure If it's the early shift, New Manger or what but I definitely feel some type of way to pay 70$ for food I have to come home and cook myself and throw away bread that I paid extra for just to add additional bread for my family's Meal then all the Bread is spoiled RIDICULOUS ?
So I'm a trucker and all I have to say is when I'm at the terminal here in riverside, This will be my new food spot. Everything was delicious. Can't go wrong with ordering from here.
Food is great, but I can't order online, keeps saying my cart doesn't qualify. I have $25 worth of food in it. I have to order online or else I get charged $2-$5 for parking just to get food to go.
I hardly ever take the time to write reviews any where but honestly I knew I had to when I received great service from Yamileth S. She was extremely welcoming and was patient with me when ordering as it was my first time being here. She's awesome, thank you Yamileth! ?

Okay this place is good but what happened to the portion size!? I could tell the dramatic difference between this last time I went and the several times before. :(
