ProsThe service was fast and the employees were very nice. It was clean and the servings were pretty big. The food also looked nice.ConsI didn't care for the seasoning on the fries at all and the drinks were meh. That's a personal preference though and clearly from the reviews many enjoy it but I will probably stick to the other boba places i know.My one real issue was with change. While waiting for my change the cashier made the comment of 'sorry I don't have any quarters,' and I made the reply of it was okay it was all going into the tip jar anyway. She handed me my coin change as a bunch of smaller coins. I put those coins and a $5 bill in the tip jar as she walked away. I got my order and got all the way home, when I went to put my receipt away I noticed that my total was $21.38. I had paid with $25. I was given my coins back but was not given the bills I was owed. It was only $3 but still. And i know i had said it was all going into the tip jar anyway but I was handed the coins and put them in there myself, so it would be odd if they had just not handed me the bills back and put them in the tip jar themself. If they had just kept the entire amount it would have been strange but I could see that based on my comment. But to me anything other than handing me back the full amount so I could put it in the tip jar myself is odd as it was my money still regardless of what I had said. So in the end they got $8 and the coins as a tip. They would have gotten it either way so no real big deal but not handing someone back the bills owed is an issue to me.
Coffee..... Live it. My girls love the boba. You can ask for your coffee the way you want it, won't be disappointed.
I am a huge lover of milk tea and boba! I was looking for some place close to my husbands work and found this place, I’m soooo impressed, it’s the best one of the BEST I’VE EVER TASTED!! It’s a LARGE DRINK for a SMALL PRICE and the taste of boba is fresh and perfect texture! All you have to do is try it and you’ll see for yourself! ENJOY!!!!!
So happy this is so close to my drive home. They were super quick with my order. I usually go to the tastea in Lakewood but the consistency of service and quality is the same across both. Love y'all!
Audrey at the front desk is unpleasant to speak with.I believe it was busy and perhaps she was frustrated but she was very rude while I ordered, it was pretty embarrassing as others were over hearing. She was also snappy with other guests. Next time I’ll order on the app
They have tasty milk tea. I like the Jasmine one.
great and amazing boba, but the fact that they don't allow you to create a personalized drink really ruins the fun of going to get a drink.
Big drinks but they're a much better value than a lot of other places. Not the BEST quality, but also not overly sweet like some places, and not watered down. Really nothing wrong, just well done milk tea drinks. And the chicken was decent too.
The Karate chicken is a tasty treat! The drinks are all good.
I recomend the passion fruit black tea but it is equally delicious in white tea if you are looking for something g more delicate
