Quite a bit of cream filled donuts and i like cream filled but got me sick because i had alot. But definitely creative donuts better then the winchells near me
Fantastic family donut shop with amazingly courteous and fast staff. Donuts are huge and delicious. Coffee was fresh, hot, and ready. Thought prices were very reasonable for the size of the donuts and quality.
My husband and I visited this donut shop for the first time today. The customer service is an A+ rating. The lady who served us was cheerful and helpful. I tried the strawberry specialty donut and it blew me away. The flavor of the frosting and donut were complimented with the fresh strawberries. The perfect balance! We will be back.
I just left here this morning. The woman of this is establishment is wonderful very respectful she ensures that all of her customers are happy everytime with my experience. This rating is solely based on the man of the establishment he is rude and disrespectful and doesn't have a clue about good customer service. This morning in particular I purchased a cup of coffee like I pretty much do a french vanilla cappuccino. After he filled the cup with coffee he then brings it over and begins to place it in coffee that another customer wasted thank God I was there to stop him. When I stopped him and asked him what is he doing he said oh I am not going to serve you anymore you can wait on her. I then said to him I need a lid for my coffee he replied I do not have any. He new he didn't have any in the first place. On another day that I visited I handed him my credit card he tossed it to me when returning it. The ONLY reason I have returned is because of the lady. He likes to "joke," but none of his "jokes," are funny. He asked if I were happy that my grandson is light or dark because he is multi -cultural what does that suppose to mean? I should have been done then! Whenever I visit there I do business with the woman. I ALWAYS deal with her even if I am up next in line however today she wasn't available so I had to do business with him that was the icing on the cake I will not be returning due to his blanton disrespect and unprofessionalism. I am going to miss the woman especially because she is going through some things personally. I suggest the man get a professional clue about how to treat his customers!!!
I love this place and so do all of my co-workers. Best donuts and superior service. The woman at the counter put a genuine smile on my face, which is hard to do and made me feel welcomed. I reccomended this shop to our new hires at work and everyone else I meet who is new to the area.
So, this place....best donuts in Riverside for sure!! You better get there early b cause they do sell out. There are your traditional donuts and the super cute fancies. The workers are.so friendly and make sure you are satisfied with your order. This place has a steady stream of customers and we are always in and out. The donuts are ALWAYS fresh, no day old stale nastiness.

Donuts had a lot of dough and the kelly and cream fillings tasted funny. Ended up throwing them away.
