Very nice but music was very load and you could not talk
This store is always on top of it! They don't seem to have the shortcomings of the nearby stores nor do they play games with the mobile ordering. Becaof this I frequently order at this store instead of the one closer to me. Whatever y'all are doing keep it up! Your service and quality are awesome!
The barristas completely ignored me had to ask someone else to take my order and she even tried to pass me along.. Will never come here again! If I'm going to spend $10 on a drink I expect excellent customer service not this subpar service! ? ? ?

It's pretty ridiculous that your location doesn't accept mobile order's to be picked up inside after 9p, THEN STOP MOBILE after 9p. People order mobile orders for the convenience of just going in-and-out and picking it up. They shouldn't have to wait 10 to 15 minutes in line, to pick up there by now cold coffee when they expected it to be hot, but the long wait made it cold.
False advertising! I came to this location 12/25 @4:38 pm. The sign outside says open on Christmas Day ! I see 3 employees working but the doors are closed. Unbelievable. I don’t recommend going to this location.
This location NEVER makes the brown sugar espresso correctly! Seriously. As a former barista, stop being lazy and make the drinks correctly. I was gonna go back and let them know but I had somewhere to be. It’s not fair for people who are paying for a BROWN SUGAR SHAKEN ESPRESSO and you guys just basically give them. A latte with oat milk. Do better guys.
They're always put of syrups, drizzles ect. I tell them I don't come to Starbucks very often to see what they would recommend and they recommend drinks that they are currently out of. ? So then they tell me the caramel frapuccino is a fan favorite so I to with that one and they make the drink completely wrong, no whip cream can't even taste the caramel because they probably put 2 drops in the drink. And then they hand me the drink with the smallest straw I've ever seen for the Venti sized drink I ordered. ???Don't waste your time coming here they don't care about their customers one bit.

This Starbucks NEVER EVER ever makes my drinks without me reminding them that I’ve been waiting FOREVER. They aren’t the nicest friendliest people, but if you order like an hour ahead you’ll be okay…
