My 5 star review tonight goes to one of the workers at la sierra Starbucks ... Everyone else has been really nice too but this worker in specific I want to speak about. I do not know his name I wish I did hopefully I get it next time but he was a young guy with curly hair.. working today Friday 3/11/22 at the drive through. I was having a rough day and was behind a car when I heard how nice and excited he was receiving customers through the voice order window. His friendless and enthusiasm is what we need more of in this ugly world lately, it made me smile especially when I came up to the window and saw his face. He had the amazing and sweet personality of treating everyone great , and when I was having problems with my card he was very helpful. Thank you and I hope to see a smiling and friendly face again .
Was amazed walking into your store I've never seen a Starbucks so clean and people so nice usually the ones around here are oh my God FF not good the kids you hire are horrible they're the service was excellent the pastries look nice clean bathrooms work very clean thank you will be there again

They are always closed when they say they're open. Don't even bother looking up their hours on the app or online, as they will not honor them. Also, FAR from a one-time-only event. More like 4/7 days a week.
Come in and get your coffee fix . Stop on by have it cold or hot.. up too you the cake pops are always a go too.
It's Thanksgiving. I get the workers want to leave early. I get it. I usually work holidays. However, the employee told us, she stated: the lobby closes at 2pm. The drive through at 3pm. It was 130pm. They would not let us order. That is not right if your posted hours are there for everyone to see, you adhere to those who hours. Horrible service.
On their website, they say they close at 10:30 pm, but they close 1 hour and 30 minutes before that time. I had planned to study late, and it would be nice if they updated me on their website and updated the closing time.
This is the slowest Starbucks. Expect to wait in long drive thru lines. ? They never have mobile ordering turned on, and when they do you have to wait anyways. I wish they opened another location close by. This one is a miss.

I've been craving the pumpkin spice latte all week. Finally got in my car and drove to Starbucks went through the drive-thru I'm glad I tasted it before I left because it was tea the girl was really nice exchanged it for me but I didn't get the pumpkin spice that I ordered I got a cinnamon dolce very disappointing.
