This is probably one of the worst Starbucks. Their wait times are so ridiculous. Your food is always cold. They never make your drink right. I ordered a coffee on the app ahead of time, waited an additional 10 minutes when I got there to even get my coffee that was not good. I took it back to have them remake it to wait another 15 minutes for another gross coffee. This place is horrible managed!
Walk up window, attendant suggested some choices, ordered two beverages to go. Picked up order. Simple process. Well done.
Seems like every time I come here they ONLY accept drive through orders. Meanwhile their drive-thru is backed up to the street and actually slowing down traffic on The main Street Alessandro.They are clearly ONLY accepting drive-thru orders to try and get people to stop coming. With some success I might add. I'm done coming to the Starbucks. One star because they won't let me leave zero stars.
We were the only 2 drinks ordered at the window and we waited forever to get my drink then had to keep waiting for my girlfriends drink. Then there was more wip cream in my cup then drink. Very disappointing, I won't be going back there.
Drinks were good but the order was wrong. We didn't have time to dispute it, so we drank what was given to us.
I went through the Drive-thru. The staff was polite. My order was processed in a timely manner after just a very short wait.I often stop at this Starbuck's when I'm in the area, which is about every 2-3 months. I live about 25 miles from this location, but go through this area to my doctor's office.
This visit I wanted a medicine ball, and they were out of two of teas used to make it. Very sad yes another drink was purchased,bit it wasn't what I wanted, and I wasn't going to drive thru another one on my way home.
Slow service; they do a good job preparing the orders.
They have an issue getting speciality drink correct.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY ANDY. Girl was so terribly RUDE!!! Don't know how they even allow rude employees working for them. They need to show that girl how to treat customers with respect or not work there!!
