Really rude here one of the employees was walking out as I was walking in and let the door close in my face I had my daughter in my hand and the other one Who made my drinks for me I said thank you and she just kept a straight face with no reply so I didn’t really feel the customer service vibe here at all. And my drink was messed up as well. They made it with milk instead of almond milk and no Sweet cream foam.
I went yesterday to purchase a ice brewed latter. And of course I asked them if they could mix it very well since I have a sensitive taste on my beverages, and instead they took their sweet time doing other things. And when the time came to pick up my drink, they did not mixed it well and instead just did it sloppy and as well disgusting way.
Great place to get coffee. I believe our server was Nicole. Great lady, ask my wife and I how we were and how the day was going.
Website says that it has a drive-through I went and there is no drive-through I cannot get out because my newborn baby is in the vehicle and sleeping.... thanks a lot
Super busy and popular location. Waited 12 minutes for my beverage that was made perfectly to my liking. Staff was kind although I had difficulty hearing due to how must the location was.The floor was a bit dirty but staff was busy tending to orders.
THIS STARBUCKS IS NOT THE SAME ANYMORE BECAUSE AT FIRST THEY HAD OUTLET TO CHARGE YOUR PHONE OR YOUR LAPTOP DURING COVID THEY HAD TO CLOSE AND TAKE ALL OF THE TABLE OUT AND YOU WERE ONLY TO PICKUP THE ORDER TODAY I WALKIN AND IT DOESN'T FEEL THE SAME ANYMORE BECAUSE THEY BLOCKED ALL THE OUTLETS SO THAT GUEST CANT STAY TO DO HOMEWORK OR WORK ON THEIR COMPUTERS OR LAPTOPS AND TO BE HONEST THEY DONT REALLY NEED A SECURITY GUARD WATCHING IT FEELS UNCOMFORTABLE
Now most Starbucks come here to get a customized drink and have a idea of what they want and don’t want.So I came in order my frap the way I ALWAYS do no matter the location! & this guy here made the experience so bad! Everything I asked for he’s telling me why I shouldn’t and it just completely messed him up because he didn’t want to do my order period. All I asked for light ice and decaf! He’s telling me if get light ice I won’t get much drink like who cares no one has ever told me that and that my drink is going to be thin Again who cares! If I say I want it this way why doesn’t he think I would know lol clearly I know if I’m asking for multiple customization.Then when I said decaf he said the coffee is going to be hot! I’m like duh isn’t all coffee hot! Lol& even if the coffee for fraps is already pre made again no one’s has never said oh the coffee is hot because once you put ice it will cool it down anyway.Another thing, most of the customizations came from an Starbucks employee from years ago! And I’ve been getting my frap made this way with other things the same way for about 11 years and this was the first time I had anyone challenge that. He was so very annoying!!!
Best option when La Sierra location is not open. Clean and friendly staff. Coffee however has increased like the gas prices.
Very large waiting area as all tables and chairs have been removed. But coffees came fast and are just the same as every other Starbucks.
