App and goggle shows closing time at 11pm no posted sign of drive thru hours until I was at order site someone just said were closed I was just picking up this associate said don't know anything about it...no idea where to go.. I asked for my refund since order was in advanced and already said ready for pickup...he just didn't answer me. If place closes early than advertised app should be also updated.I been loyal customer for years... service is getting worse ?
Isaac (who said he was the assistant manager) is the rudest employee I have ever interacted with. He has no customer service etiquette and does not know how to properly take an order. He does not represent what a Starbucks employee should be and I would recommend not going to this location for the sole reason that he will ruin your day. Shame on this location for employing someone so rude, inconsiderate and aggressive.
According to google, the stay open until 12pm. Its 11:15 pm and thier closed. I pulled up to several people waiting in line because all the lights where on like they were open, CLOSED. ME AND AT LEAST 10 CARS WAITED 15 MIN FOR NOTHING. I drove from 15 minutes away, what a waste of time and money. Starbucks doesn't pay for your gas nor time. STARBUCKS HAS BEEN FALLING OFF FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS.
First time having caramel macchiato i should have added 2 more extra pumps of caramel to make it a lil sweeter otherwise it was good and hot. It was purchased by my friend so i don't know how much it cost
My first time at this location and customer service as always excellent .. the store is not the nicest Starbucks that I have visited but the customer service and the coffee make it! Ps.. awesome kale eggs bites excelent for a Friday breakfast during this season!
Hate the drive thru cause its too short...obviously it's starbucks it's always packed but you have to be in the street for min with ongoing traffic. It's more of a park and pick up place. Other than that it's ??
No outside seating, slow service, overcrowded. No outlets for charging a phone they had them covered up.They literally don't want people hanging out.
IM HERE NOW STILL NOT OPEN. OTHER STARBUCKS OPEN EARLIER I WAS A WALK IN GUESS THEY OPEN TILL 6AM? NOT SURE ONLINE SAYS DIFFERENT. ALSO DRIVE THROUGH SEEMS VERY VERY DMALL U NEED TO WSIT ON THE STREET ITS USUALLY VERY BUSY.
Drive through is quite busy, even the line was outside of business. It seems most customers are nearby school's students and their parents. Inside is quite spacious, but still there are so many traffic inside as well, tough most people take out.
Would give 0 STARS if possible!! Just sat in drive-thru line for 30 MINUTES only to be told when we got up to the ordering speaker that they were closed... Online and posted hours clearly state closing time at 12am. IT WAS ONLY 11:30... Was forced to wait behind others while they paid for and recieved their orders, finally got through and saw they had placed a sign blocking the drive thru to prevent others from thinking they were open and driving through after us (who had waited for 30 minutes already) and 2 other cars.. Will be calling corporate tomorrow morning!
