Grabbed a nitro brew at SB on iowa and university and drink was so strong it was hard to drink! Came up to cayon crest and saw SB so i stopped hoping i could buy some sweetner n cream to fix my drink but Emma :) was so nice she totally understood me and just remade my drink with more vanilla and cream and my drink was amazing. She did it with a smile and that touched my heart and made my day. Thank you agian Emma!

Had to add cash to card. Barista was very helpful and I was able to purchase iced tea with my Starbucks card to get double points.
I went through a phase where I avoided Starbucks and tried to support independent chains. I concluded that some good does come from corporate oversight and have returned as a loyal Starbucks customer. Staffing is a problem for all businesses now but Starbucks has not compromised on their quality control or hygiene. I was frustrated that some options were not available, but presumably this is due to temporary shortages of ingredients.
This place turned me on to the Vanilla Cream Cold brew. My current favorite from Starbucks, when I can afford it. They're the only store that makes it just the way they do, and believe me I've tried others. Luckily...this store is close to home

They forgot about my order, left me waiting and once discovered, didn't make it to order. Shame, shame, shame on the Friday morning crew. Beware!
Ordered a venti cappuccino. Picked it up and it felt half full. Girl said it was not it was normal I said no it's half full she said again no it's fine. Irritated with her attitude I went home, have the drink too my wife and she said the same thing, took the lid off and it was half full. Was live a block away but never go here, staff act like they could care less .
Stopped in for an iced blended Java chip. They were nice and fast at this location but I would like to see a little bit better presentation in their product.
Starbucks does not offer my beloved salted caramel mocha anymore, but this location made me a mocha woth a salted caramel whip that was delicious. Thanks for providing the drink I wanted!
