Ellez is extremely rude, aggressive and inconsiderate. She should not be in customer service if she refuses to help customers. Starbucks should be ashamed to employee someone who goes completely against the terms of employment. Ellez does not comply with the sanitation and cleanliness required by law to do business as a food establishment.
What a shame, service closed for dine-in at least on the weekend, only drive through. I don't understand what the excuse is this time. I don't recommend this Starbucks location if you looking for to have a good time
I live San Gabriel, i usually buy drink from 710freeway to 57freeway area Starbucks store. Also i only order iced black tea. Yesterday i send my friend to UCR, and back work. so i stop here 5am and buy a black tea. it's totally different than before! That's amazing! Even i working to the noon, all the ice done, my tea still have BACK favorite in my mouth! that's the tea should be! but i never have it before in other store! 爱了爱了!回甘！
I got the drink I asked for but it doesn't help that the gave me a defective cup. The lid came off not once, BUT TWICE. I dismissed the first as an accident, but the second, no. They should check the cups before they give them. Turns out the cup's top lip was crushed and that's why the lid wouldn't stay on. I got a mocha latte spilled all over my center console. Thanks for nothing jerks.
Customer service has gone down so bad. Suggestion, avoid this location. Feels as if you’re ordering at a McDonald’s.
Lady taking our order was inpatient and rushed us. They were out of most breakfast items so that was a bummer. Not my fav Starbucks.
Love love love everything about this starbucks, I love when I'm in town and can visit this location it's so beautiful and employees make drinks to perfection
Nice location and service. I went in but there is also a drive thru which is nice. Like that I can depend on SB for getting exactly what I like.
Decent Starbucks. On the newer side and the layout is nice. Drive thru is better designed for traffic than some of the other branches but it’s still a long wait.Wish they had some healthier options for drinks. Most of the yummy ones tend to have a lot of sugar. Like way too much sugar.
