They weren't even busy and I waited nearly 15 mins for 1 drink. It didn't taste as it should BTW. But decided not to complain because i didn't wanna wait another 15 mins for them to remake the drink. Also this location does not have a drive thru. This was about 5:30PM. Management what's going on with your employees?? Please instill a sense of urgency. 15 mins for 1 simple drink? Seriously??
This starbucks is one of the slower locations even though they don't have drive thru. Don't get me wrong, they're not just twittling their thumbs, I see them working and give them props, but when I'm really in a hurry, there are other locations that'll get me in and out when I'm already late or in a hurry.
Girl was super nice in drive thru, actually I had ordered 2 banana bread slices when she handed me them one of them slipped and thinking I was gonna have to grab the one that fell on the ground (gross), she instantly told me to wait and she'll go right ahead and hand me another one, no problem :)
Incredible that I need to pay a total price for my match latte because they are not doing change after 20 seconds I order my product. I said I could pay you for the milk, and she said she couldn't make any difference when they didn't start my order yet.Wrong store because in all the other locations that I go they never say a no to an answer!!!
This use to be my most favorite Starbucks. It's just not the same and the drinks are almost always wrong and when you order online you are still waiting 10-15 mins after the order ready time. I understand times are tough but for the amount paid for the drinks the service should just be better. It's unfortunate cuz I use to come daily, although there are still some of the old baristas it's just not the same.
Didn't have the ingredients for the medicine ball. This has happened at other Starbucks. What's up in their ordering department?
Waited 45 minutes for my drinks and then my dragon fruit didn’t taste good I think they missed something they need better organization skills people that were behind me on line got drinks before and then when asked for cup carrier i was ignored and then said sorry but I’ve been waiting soo long can i get a carrier and barrista answered in rude way said “we are trying really hard here” (not that I didn’t see that!) but honestly feel they should work on customer skills and organization had 6 people there I’m not the type to complain I know how hard it is too be busy but customers skills go a long way!!!
I love this Starbucks. I work nearby. The employees are so sweet and kind. Everything about this place makes it great ? wonderful fantastic place. Every drink is Soo great
I ordered a caramel macchiato, and I don't know what the hell I got. Tastes terrible!!! If I wasn't in such a hurry I would've taken it back! Very nasty tasting.
