It was a clean & well organized place. I placed my order & didn't have to wait long at all. They were pretty quick in making all the orders from previous customers that were ahead of me & mine too. There was a gentleman that was very kind and opened the door for me to exit. I had my Lil Chihuahua in one hand & my Caramel Frappe in the other & so I couldn't open the door. I just thought that was so kind of him to do that & he was courteous too. My experience there was awesome. I would definitely stop by there again for another Vente Caramel Frappe with extra Caramel. Great Team there!!!!

Normally, I don't drink Starbucks because I only drink regular black coffee and Starbucks coffee usually seems very bitter to me. But I had to use the bathroom so I bought a coffee. And it was awesome . So I came back today. Still awesome. This Starbucks makes the best cup of regular coffee Ive ever had at Starbucks
This Is a great site they never mess up my order or argue about putting too many shots (it's happened lol) or burn my heated items. I just wish they had a drive thru. Other than that I would suggest it to anyone that wants great customer service and coffee
Usually pretty good service, today I waited almost 40 minutes for two cold brews, which I did complain and they were super nice, refunded me my money and gave me my next two items free which I totally appreciate, so staff was very understanding and friendly, I guess there was a mistake but I am happy with the outcome very friendly staff.
There is no outside seating at this Starbucks. This is a small one with not many indoor dining and they don't have anywhere to charge your phone!I get the feeling they don't want customers to chill there!I have a neutral opinion on the employees, because my issue is with a Starbucks that doesn't offer phone charging or sufficient seating!Where I'm from SF Bay area and Santa Cruz County they encourage hanging out and have plenty of in and outdoors seating with music playing and plenty of outlets and wireless charging stations.I don't like this one.
I come here because they always have uncut cold brew. Sometimes my drink get made correctly. Other times, batistas think they can save time by adding cold cream before the hot espresso to melt the white mocha like they were taught. Quite annoying when that happens. Very friendly staff
I get my coffee from here always. Staff is always nice. Even when they are new and figuring stuff out.I hope I'm not too difficult of a customer. ?
I drove 15 mins to order two venti americanos with sugar free vanilla and i can taste the real sugar in it. The barista girl dropped my egg bites on the floor and tried to put them in a new bag? I mean, idk anyone that would want to eat that. Also, the outside of the facility is filthy with trash all over. Does anyone clean that place? Fortunately, I don’t live in Riverside, therefore I’ll never be back there.
