I went thru drive true about 30 mins ago. I ordered a Trenta size Drangonfruit Refresher light ice and light water. Instead I got pink colored water that tasted slightly like the dragon fruit, but mostly water with floating dried fruit on top. It tasted awful! What a waste of money too!! If you didn’t understand the customer in the drive thru, wait and ask them at the window to be clear. I’m sure many customers, not all, would appreciate that, especially if you get their order out to them quickly and correct. You can do better Starbucks and I won’t be back any time soon.
The ice vanilla latte is delicious and the people behind the counter are friendly. But their straws are really weak! I went to pull the paper off one of them and it's simply broke in half ?
One of my favorite Starbucks even though the drive thru path is kinda crazy. They really seem to care if they get your order just right.Please bring back Apple Brown Sugar syrup cause it's so yumm in the Pistachio iced latte
I went through drive thru and the female employee who took my order was so amazing. She had the best attitude. The baristas made good drinks, however they did mess up my order, though it was super busy on both ends. Would go again.
The baristas here are always on point. My drink always comes out just right. The parking lot is pretty clean and easy to access, they have a decent way of handling long lines too. My only complaint is when I come after 9 that god forsaken train is going by while I try to order. But thats not their fault.
Really frustrated today in the drive-thru, along with several others, only to wait for 20 mins and the place was closed!! No sign on intercom, no cone in lane, I had one vehicle pull up to tell me store was closed at 430pm! I had to get out of my car, it was pouring rain, to tell the 3 cars in front of me the store was closed! Come on Starbucks, I get the labor challenges but please be respectful and cone the drive thru so customers know you are not open!
Why u guys don't allow people to walk in the store to make orders at 5:40am ? Ur drive thru is horribly slow. Any other starbucks allows u to come in to make orders and the drive thru is fast.
The baristas were nice, but this store violates Starbucks policy by refusing to give out large waters or even Starbucks water cups in the first place. If you ask for a water they'll give you a tiny cheap piece of garbage with a lid that is mis-stamped making it difficult to drink from.It's 100° out, I paid $6 for my drink, more than 12 ounces of water would be nice. Greedy store management makes me not want to come back.
