I ordered two Americano hot coffee , asked for one Splenda and cream . I get home and I find out that no cream and no Splenda and was charged 9.70
The lines are usually very short however the one downside is they are usually out of a lot of items

Worker was very slow two drinks took over 15 mins. There was no one else waiting or in line.

Took 30 min to get drink people that orderd after me got their drink first ice cream melted while waiting horrible manager just standing there while we waited
