Food was good just that the portions was a little off. I give it a 4 because the service we got was a little off. We try asking the lady to explain to us about the portions the flavor all that u know first time here we would like to know how it's done, she had no words basically told us whate ever is on the menu. My little one is allergic to shellfish he can eat shrimp just other things he can't. She actually took the time to let the kitchen know to separate 1/2 a pound of shrimp because he was allergic to other stuff. Will I come back ummm idk
The flavor and service is good but our portion seemed off.We had one pound of headless shrimp.Asked our server if our portion was correct but she said yes.I’m wondering if the weighing machine is accurate.Flavor and attentive servers ?
This was my first time to this restaurant, it was a pleasant experience. The food was outstanding, the service was outstanding and it was a very clean environment. I only have one negative thing to say and that is the price. We did not order a lot of food and we paid a little under $300 dollars, all I had was a clam chowder, a bag of about 15 no head shrimp, and a bowl of rice, and I still had to remove the shell. Other than the price being to high, it was a great experience. Oh, one more thing, can you please do something about the televisions, they all but two had cartoons on them. How about something a little more entertaining please !!!
This place is delicious. I went there recently and there cajun seasoning is really good not to salty. I liked that there shrimp was not mushy. Their cajun fries are the perfect texture.
I would give a 5 star because Food is so good, just don't understand why we get charge 18% for party over 8( babies shouldn't count because we all know they won't eat) i went with my family and my young ones 4, 2, & 10 months (they don't even eat spicy nor shrimp) and I thought it was pricey just tip itself.... You guys should reconsider little kids(babies at least ) to not count....
Had the shrimp star with a lobster addition and it was really good. Great place and the service was perfect. Definitely recommend to try.
Waited over 1hr to be seated then almost 1.5 hours to get our food and the order is completely wrong, staff didn't care and tried saying we ordered wrong, when the correct order was heard all around. Still missing items 2hrs into our meal
Friendly service, good food, ordered garlic butter , was pleasantly surprisedof amount of garlic and had medium sauce on side due to sharing with fam that doesnt agree with spice. mid meal saw something really grossed me out was the broom is touching the butcher paper that covers the tables. Place one or other in different place please, Other wise would have 5 stars. Tried calling no voicemail or answer before leaving review.
Man.. I really hate to bash on service.. I came from hospitality/food service so I have empathy for the overworked, the underpaid, the bad days, the rude customers before me but.. I don't have empathy for stupity, arrogance, and a simple lack of manners. Wont say any names, but im sure the other employees here can figure it out... with that said.. this is probably 1 of 2 places in a 15 mile radius I would get crawfish/viet cajun food from. Quality is consistent although a littlw short on sauce sometimes.. but the flavor and portions are great and a decent value.
I went there while on the job at Uber eats. The greeter staff were professional, polite, and granted they ordered it before I got there but I only waited about 5 min for their 2lb shrimp order. They must have saw me walk out front cuz the greeter brought it out to me even.
