This place is not good. I don't know how to explain it except just dissapointing. The epitome of americanized Italian. Tastes like a frozen meal.
The hostesses we're great! I even met a former employee in the Ladies Room, and SHE was great. Our server on the pizza side, however, left a lot to be desired. She started off good, but after she brought the appetizers, with no plates and napkins, I knew there were going to be issues. We were fortunate enough to flag her down and asked for the plates, and napkins. Later on, after bringing our actual food (it was 45 minutes for my friend's deep dish pizza, and this was fine . . . let me continue . . .) she eventually stopped by to see if there was anything else we needed. Honestly, we were nearly done, then she realized she hadn't brought our drinks. Perhaps it was her memory of serving drinks to the table across the room, or her memory of our order . . . Or maybe she looked at the table, and thought it looked strangely without cups that influenced her to quickly leave and return with our drinks MORE THAN an hour after having ordered them . . . Or maybe it was the look on our faces when she asked, in good form, if there was anything else we needed? You may be wondering why we didn't ask for the drinks sooner? It wasn't for lack of trying. Our server wasn't around, and when she or the gentleman server we're on the floor, they couldn't see or hear us. Oh, except for when he tried to give us someone else's order, and the proper owners scoffed loud enough that he made a beeline for their table. It was very fast. Now, the food was fabulous! There was lasagna, that deep dish pizza, Italian Wedding Soup, bread and another tasty appetizer. Despite the absentminded service we received that day, I WILL BE GOING BACK! I also recommend you give it a try. If you get our server, be prepared. You may have to get up out of your seat and go over to the kitchen yourself a few times, to ensure timely receipt of your order.
Food was delicious, had their mozzarella sticks which are huge, comes 4 per order. Had their Italian club packed with plenty of meat and cheese and comes with fries or tater tots. Had their large meat lovers Chicago style pizza. Couldn't finish any of it. So delicious
The thick pizza was bomb?staff was friendly like always been coming here for years.
Great place, reminds me of unos pizza in WashingtonDC. I will say tho it is kind of pricey however it is a nice pizza pub around town beside aloha pizza.
We had my grandfather’s funeral reception at Romano’s and it went so smoothly! Kristen helped me throughout the entire process from initial quoting of 110 people to answering all my questions to every little thing the day of. We truly felt taken care of. The food was amazing and everyone was able to celebrate my grandpa’s life.We will definitely be back!
We went to Victoria Gardens and everyone had a 2 he wait , so I started to look up restaurants in around the area. I came across this restaurant listing in Google and made the call. They stated it would be a 25 minute wait for my party of 9 which sounded way way better than 2 hr wait at every restaurant in the Victoria gardens..when we arrived we only waited 15 minutes. The food was amazing let me tell u the hamburger is better than in n out, the chicken fettuccine Alfredo was so creamy better than olive garden, the filet menon with the smash potatoes and asparagus was amazing, for appetizers the cheese bread, calamari and the mozzarella sticks were delicious and to be honest we paid our $400 bill with a full tummy and smiles. Y'all shall give this place a try, I promise you it won't disappoint you.
we waited 30 mins to be seated and then another 40 to get our two pizzas and wings. each pizza was $50 and it tasted as if it was little caesars pizza tbh. the pizzas were also burnt, the waiters were nice but the experience overall was not pleasant at all. i will not be coming back here nor will i be recommending this place to anyone i know. waste of money and a waste of 2 hours.
SOUP(ER) disappointing! They charged me higher prices than the menu listed. When we asked about it they lied. If a restaurant wants to raise their prices that’s fine, don’t give out menus with the lower price ?♀️.
Always a good time here!!! Best pizza in my area, great drinks and obeisance. Outside dining with fire pit AMAZING!!!
