I'm from Cleveland and love Donatos and was so excited to be able to get it here with Active Menus. This time I was a little disappointed because it was pretty cold when it got to me, which was really quick so it surprised me. Maybe just need better thermal carriers?Update: Ordered again. Still great pizza, and quick delivery from Active Menus, but the drivers are still not being provided with heat bags so I have to reheat.
We arrived to celebrate a late mothers day dinner. The Caucasian waitress with the short hair didn’t think we noticed that she went and switched our table with the pregnant woman. Not sure what that was about but not only did she switch but stood at the bar glancing over several times and speaking to the other waitress. She made it very intentional she was irritated with us. My mom is Deaf so I’m wondering if it was b/c she didn’t have the patience to deal with me having to translate. Pregnant waitress was great but it put a damper on the experience feeling the energy the other put out. Took forever to give us cold to go fries as well
As with most big chain restaurants these days I think my main advice is to offer more gluten, dairy, soy, wheat free options folks. Well actually allergy free options period. We don't all want to eat salads every time we eat out ?. Ok we don't want to have to eat salads. Admittedly I love eating salmon but yea not sure that's a choice here either here. Other than that yea the burgers are great of course people like those and those seasoned fries. How bout a mushroom steak with grilled mushrooms with a side of 2 veg, mashed parsnips with coconut milk and dairy free cheese. You have the chefs, be creative make a mushroom burger or grassfed burger with bib lettuce bun or mushroom bun burger❤
The food was delicious! And the server was awesome. Tell you what I would most definitely come back again.
It was an excellent dining experience for us. Even though it was quite busy, the service was excellent. The employees worked great. Any time we stop someone walking by, we never heard the words that's not my job. I'll get the other person to help you.I would highly recommend this place
The food was a disappointment.The food isnt very good for the price im paying.I made a pickup order and when i got to this location i had to wait an extra 20 minutes to get my food. Not only that but the food was cold, the hamburger, the fries, and not sure if the cookie was also supposed to be cold but it tasted awful to me and i had to throw it out after a bite.I ordered the cheesy bacon fondue burger and it tasted just like any other burger place, infact i would actually recommend going to the wendys resturant instead to get the baconator because they both taste about the same and for a way cheaper price.Ive had red robin at a diffrent resturant, with a diffrent hamburger and had a chance to go inside to eat and my experience with them was just fantastic, but for this location, ill give it a 1 star and would not recommend my family to come here.
I like the food the choice of different Burgers when we can we try to sit on the patio weather permitting I love their flavored Iced Teas it's always an enjoyable experience
No hamburgers just pizza and salad
Here is my fav place for beer and burger in town! Everything is great. The price is worth it as well but for good burger you shouldn’t expect $5! So for two Red Robin’s gurment cheeseburger, one large beer, one red margarita cocktail and an onion ring tower we paid around 60 bucks. If you don’t mind about the price definitely recommend it.
amazing staff!! accidentally got the wrong burger but staff noticed and gave me my right burger and we're super nice about it and didn't have to ask for ranch! yummy burger and fries
