Racist staff. My Hispanic parents have always been treated badly. On 5/26/22 an employee refused the bathroom code because she “didn’t know it” and then she told it to someone else. She angrily wiped down our table and high chair after she was politely asked to do so (although she was wiping down other tables so I don’t see what the issue was). There is always something wrong with our order too. I’d recommend a different location unless they get it together.
I came to this Canes damn near closing time and decided to order a combo. At the second window I very rudely asked to purchase extra food at the time in which the cashier, named Elijah, was ready for my payment. While many other fast food workers have said no Elijah was willing and cheerful throughout the whole interaction despite my late request. Pay that man. Excellent service A+. This establishment always has good service and resultantly Elijah is a shining example of the type of service that you can expect from this location.
Clean, Fresh smelling as soon as I walked in. My first time and was extremely satisfied . Portions were perfect sized, love the Texas toast with fries. Food nice Hot and freshly cooked.I liked this place so that I came back two days later, lol.If your a finicky eater then this is a good place to come for a nice simple chicken finger meal .P.S. they also serve chicken sandwich.
I have been to Cane's a few times and I walked up to the register and asked what they suggested. The young man Daniel through the window in the back asked, "what was it I was looking for." I wanted a chicken sandwich that was going to kick popeye's and KFC's butt. Daniel said I got you, and yelled out for a "BOB." I was literally blown away. The sandwich was a local creation of chicken tenders, and the Texas toast. I was so impressed I had to come here and praise Daniel for taking care of me, making me feel special, blowing away my expectations, and satisfying me beyond measure. This young man should be in charge of creating stuff for the corporate menu. I will be back soon to enjoy this tasty treat!Thank you Daniel and the Riverside Cane's team YOU MADE MY WEEK!!!
poor custom service they was absolutely no help i suggest ordering ur chicken well done an always checking ur chicken nobody wants to be eating into this not the mention salmonella they wanted all the old chicken back but as i said it was all gross an i was having family over there was alot of people an i had no idea where the receipt was nobody was gonna bring in a tray of slimey chicken especially when theyres guest over an but even due to covid they can’t take back anything not sure what the guy on the phone was trying to prove he took his job a little too serious but not serious enough when it comes to customer service an management worst canes better off taking the drive to the one on main
My first time trying Raising Cane's and it was nothing special. I thought that because the drive thrus are always so packed when you pass this restaurant that the food would be amazing. These are basic chicken tenders and I must say that the ones packaged in my meal were pretty dry. I will admit that the bread is delicious and so is the sauce provided with the chicken but that is it for me. Wait one more thing I loved loved loved the ice (small cube). This is my personal opinion sorry if it doesn't mesh with yours. Happy eating ?.
Raising cane was my first experience. The food was excellent. But serve can be work on a little, the cashier was fast and Rushing and snappy. Enjoyed the food very much....
Terrible customer service, we w starting with the girl that takes the order in the drive through, the girl that charged you in the first window and the guy that give me my order on the second window. They all seem like they hate their job. Their customer service is very poor and unpolite. I was visiting my mom and since my kids love Kanes we went to get some and after the horrible experience we had there, when we got home we find out that all the sprite sodas we order were bad they all taste like sparkling water, I ordered unsweetened ice tea with lemonade and I got the most sweet tea with lemonade, it was nasty. I would never go back there. This is the first time we were there and will be the last one.
I'd be the first to bash this place if it was garbage , but let me tell you. BEST CHICKEN I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. I am absolutely amazed with how fresh hot and tasty this chicken was . Sooooo juicy and just unbelievable. Every bite was i was saying "omg"Best chicken ever. Thank you
This is a great place to bring the team after the game. Plenty of seating and they have a tailgate special of 25, 50, and more chicken tenders. Add french fries and bread and it's game on!There's lots of seating and the food is great
