My husband went and got it last night. It looked like a pull apart chicken strips! I really really enjoyed it! So did he! Wonderfully crunchy and perfect with the honey mustard! He likes the ranch. Perfect for a quick bite!
These workers have no shame and are plain terrible. No training going on here. I asked for a gallon of tea at the drive through window and homeboy said he would give it to me for free just if I pulled up and parked in the front. Came out with no tea!! I have been here maybe 4 times total and every single time it is a bad experience. They forget something every time. Today they didn’t have fries?? Avoid this place.
Ordered online and was supposed to walk in to pick up, but they were closed for inside dinning went through the drive through then they made me go back to the parking lot and I had to wait more then 22 minutes to get the food. Also shorted me items.
What a JOKE! HORRIBLE experience. We ordered the 1/4 Shrimp combo and they totally shortened us using the small nugget box for our shrimp. AND then they couldn't even put our 3 beignets in a box or wrap, STRAIGHT UP THREW THEM IN A BAG. What in the actual F! Like this would be acceptable in what why? Horrible employees, terrible management the NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE and messages are full. CORPORATE OR HEADQUARTERS needs to serious get involved!
Was quite disappointed with this experience. We went midday and used the mobile ordering. We used the "pick up at 1220" option for in store pickup, but still gave it about 15 minutes additional from that while driving over.When we got there, all the doors were locked. Even though it looked as if there was at least 1 customer sitting in the dining room. There was no signs on the door saying anything, that would just be basic to do if you're locked during the day. They shouldn't have the "pick up" option if the dining room is locked. Some people don't have a car to use a drive-thru.Thankfully they didn't have an issue helping us in the drive-thru. There were a couple of cars in front of us, but we were at the order board right away. When we told them which order we were here for, they said the 14 piece spicy family meal is going to take 14 minutes, which disappointed us, considering we pre-ordered for a set time and have it lots of extra time. We also ordered the meal deal for blackened tender family pack. The food ended up taking about 20 minutes more. They parked me (where you have to make a double left turn into traffic) to wait for the food.So after waiting about 20 more minutes in the parking lot, they finally bring our food. Unfortunately they forgot the blackened ranch, even though we had blackened tender family meal as well. They wouldn't answer the door and I wasn't going to deal with the line in the d/t.Now for the worst part... The blackened tenders were absolute trash. I get them often (how I eat low carb/low cal at Popeyes!) and this was the worst by far. They were rubbery and flavorless. Everything made worse by the fact that they didn't provide blackened ranch for our ~60$ order. Which we asked for twice at menu board and order window before being parked. Take a look at the pictures of the tenders, they taste even worse than they look, which also is way off. Picture was taken about 10 minutes after leaving the restaurant.
Hey Big John here. You may have guessed I love to eat all kinds of foods. I have always loved Popeyes. Most of the time I get my family a 16 pice meal. A lot of the times I treat myself to a spicy chicken sandwich for lunch. Great choices both. Keep up the fantastic job. And don t forget the hot sauce. Peace big John
Spent 16.30 for a 5 pc mixed and they gave me all original and forgot the fries and gave me one ranch
This is my favorite Popeyes. The staff is very friendly, professional and really care about their customers. I forget my biscuits and the young gentleman that took care of me ran outside and gave them to me, now that's rare service. Keep it up fellas, you're the best!!!!
My wife and I arrived there to get a chicken sandwich. But, surprisingly, they didn’t have any chicken sandwiches left. So we decided to get to the new fish sandwich. We wanted a spicy one but, unfortunately, they said that they didn’t have any other spicy fish sandwiches left either. So we settled with the original fish sandwich. And because of our inconvenience, the manager just gave us a meal for free. Now that service.
Been here 0ver an hour the mangers Rebecca even said she walked out an gave us our food. Man wen I tell u this lady never apologized just looking dum how r u the leader when u playing with the kids After waiting an hour she never said anything but then it gets better I get home 4 minz away an the order was wrong like Rebecca are u kidding me I proceed to call the store 5/6. /7 times no answer wen I got back too the store all the light were shut off so u no I’m hot you should not be the manager at any store in life PART TWO I called in this morning an who answers the phone Rebecca I start to explain to her about the service from last night an her main concern was about the review I left she proceeds too tell me she was training 3 employees last night I’m like ok you could still have walked by an said I’m sorry 4 the Inconvenience but she kept rambling about she had too make other orders like basically I was not an important paying customer she proceeded too say I get all the reviews an the manager above her said she can do a full refund again she had no remorse so I’m guessing this happens a lot an by here response to me was like she didn’t care so with that being said miss Rebecca you need to be trained I. Customer service a few more times love I believe you hate your job ……
