Cashier was friendly helpful the food always tastes great, but the size of the chicken is so small and the amount of wings they put in the family meal is ridiculous in a 12 piece meal we hade 6 wings popeys taste great but it is not worth the price.
No napkins only a knife to eat mashed potatoes and gravy, place dirty. Sorry I should have sent photos but I did sone of the outside that was there the whole time. The crew were kind & embarrassed. Said manager was coming with some inventory and she did then went straight back. It was a little busy and every customer was unhappy. It's not like your inexpensive
This Popeyes sucks! Everytime I have come here, I get cold chicken that has really no flavor. So I don't come often. The biscuits are always on point.
Popeyes is always the best place for me to stop and get something to eat, it's my number 1 chicken place. I will go nowhere else, however this last time they did not put napkins, forks, knives, or condiments in my bag !!!
I really enjoyed this Popeyes the chicken is always hot and good the only thing we didn't like its a little messy in the dining room sometimes and the shelf serve soda machine I still think is not efficient for people to be serving themselves yet too much going on but Chicken n sides on point
The worst customer service and the worst food of any Popeyes. Long lines, incorrect order, even cancels your doordash orders for no reason. This place should be shut down. Rude unsanitary workers.
There was a middle aged lady bagging the meals she looked to be a lead or supervisor that was not friendly. She treated me quite rude, when I bought to her attention a problem with my order. Also the chicken was dry and overcooked.
Main reason i go to this particular establishment is because Ive had such horrible experiences over at the one on Arlington. I always get the same thing. " 2 chicken sandwiches no pickles". Why all of a sudden you folks start using chicken strips or broken off pieces of chicken instead of a full chicken patty? Its really frustrating to see the lack of care in ones product that you sold to me for consumption. PLEASE, use the right patty..Ill even wait so you could cook more if need be. Id like to have my food as advertised. No less.
Food was cold, 10 pieces of chicken had no thighs, 1 leg only breaks and little bitty wings. I won't go there again
