I recently ordered a large three topping pizza from Pizza Hut. I asked for it to be cooked well done. I ended up with a pizza that was OVERDONE. When it cooled off, it was rock hard and inedible. Shame Pizza Hut!!!
I’m going out of my way to write this review because as a loyal customer or even a new customer you should expect the best customer service. I ordered on the app on my phone a large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza which is default btw, you have to go out of your way to order a plain cheese pizza which I would never do. The pizza comes as plain cheese. This is a 20 dollar pizza plus delivery and tip my fee was over 50 dollars.I call the store where the manager TALON CREST? Answers and tells me there’s nothing he can or will do to help me. Refuses to even try to send one out or let me exchange what I just ordered ( I would have gladly taken this one back and picked it up myself).Good job talon, proving why Pizza Hut is the worst pace to order. Thanks. Next time I’ll try anything else.
i never really order from pizza hut but the only time i do they mess up my order , and when i call and told them they said they were gonna send someone and they took nearly almost an hour to replace what was wrong , i don’t blame them for being busy but then again they should take more accountability for their mistakes & to top it off they didn’t even cut the pizza correctly we had to recut it cuz of the horrible cutting that they did
I don't know how to put the picture I took of th damd big roach that was in out pizza box. Disgusting! I had called first to dispute my order thinking they had forgotten my pizza, it was my fault I thought I had it in my delivery basket which the manager said it wasn't. When I got off the phone, I attempted to take the food out of the box and there it was, a big live roach. Gross, my husband chucked my $61.00 food order away since all food was open and that roach had access to it all. Costly lesson to not get delivery nor food from here again.
Have not had Pizza Hut in years - it is absolutely fantastic! Really good pizza and wings. Will definitely be ordering again and again.
The pizza, wings, pasta and breadsticks were amazing. It's been such a long time since I've had pizza hut. We got the burnin' hot Buffalo boneless wings. I thought they were fairly mild initially but drinking the sauce made definitely started some burn in my mouth. We did pick up and it was ready by the time we got there, I was surprised despite it being a big order.I also found it quite amusing that my cat who always loves pasta didn't want to eat the pasta.
It tasted so good! Hot and delicious!
Pizzas were as ordered, hot and timely.
Didnt take long for my pizza to arrive was still hot and delivery driver was nice and courteous
The Cinnabons were not done taste like they put them in the microwave extra mushrooms bell pepper did not get it pay for online and still had to wait. The people did not have on mask are hair nets not a good place
