Be careful with this location. A worker (guy) came up to my mom while I was on FT right now and told her to leave because she “cussed”. Not sure why he would be tuning into our conversation where’s the privacy? & If there was any profanity being used amongst ourselves (IF) I didn’t know they would come up to you and try to embarrass you in front of the guests at the establishment for talking to each other. Stop harassing your customers and do better.
Very good customer service And soups are delicious especially the chicken noodle soup
Panera Bread is a great place to eat. But all Panera Bread Restaurants. Should have a Discount menu. It's an expensive place to eat.
Awesome food and awesome service. Although today when I was waiting for my food, the lady (I believe she was the manager) surprised me big time. A transient kid came inside asking for water and instead of showing love thtu God's grace, she was rude and rolling her eyes. She treated him like trash. It surprised me that Panera Bread would be like this, but as I was there collecting my food and coffee I saw these people for what they were. The food may be great, the service great (if you look non-homeless), but the front is disgusting. My advice to Panera Corporation: go to classes for humble-Ness and humanity interactions, because treating someone who is 'less than you'; it's disgusting and troubling.
Broccoli cheddar soup and a half turkey bacon Avocado sandwich. Soup was nice and hot and very good. Sandwich had fresh bread, very moist turkey, Avocado were perfectly ripe, could use a bit more sauce as always Panerai tends not to put a lot of sauce on there sandwiches. Bacon was a bit on the under done side for my taste, but everyone has an opinion on done bacon should be. Great job in the food department. Restaurant was clean and orderly. Employees seemed very nice.
The times I have gone they have not been stocked up. First time I went they were out of Broccoli Cheddar, dismissed the occurrence as bad luck, this second time I went they were out of Bread for breaded bowls. Went to Limonite instead. Cleaner and fully stocked. Tyler needs to manage inventory better??
Excellent food and service. It was very crowded which also shows how delicious the food is. The beeper might not be 100% you might want to check with the crew if the food is ready.
I ordered food to go, but was not informed it would take 20 to 30 minutes to get my food. They apologized saying they were short staffed, but I saw employees wandering around doing nothing. I have talked to others who have had similar experiences. At least inform your customers of extremely extended wait times.
Horrible experience will never return, the customer service here is horrible as no one wanted to communicate with me what happened to my order and then I was told the girl forgot to change the time of my order which was a large order for an event for my work and laughed about it. I had to fight to get a discount for their mistake.
Went for fresh hot muffin ? boo! They are baked night before. Waited about 10+ minutes to get coffee ??
