Went in to Panera's today...Yes Friday the 13th...I ordered My usual Friday treat... Oatmeal...Chocolate Croissant ?and Coffee ☕I went to pay for it and Stephanie... The Team Leader...PAID for it !!!What an Awesome and Wonderful Experience...The Morning Team at Riverside Plaza Panera are a Great start to make Your day !!!!
This was my first time at Panera in Riverside Plaza. Before I even tasted the food or experienced customer service I’m being prompted for a tip at the register. I was not opposed to a tip but usually it’s about the food and service. The lady at the register made a definite sarcastic “thanks.” I decided to not eat and left with my guest and gave him the sandwiches. Rude folks there.
Great breads & pastries. Good selection of soups, flatbread pizza & drinks, hot & cold.Not too busy when I was there, yet longer wait than expected.
Dependable staff and quality food with decent wifi. Great place to get some work done. Bathrooms could be a bit cleaner though!
50 minutes to get two sandwiches and two bowls of soup. Workers did what they could but good lord.Edit: Gave another shot. Was missing both the croutons and a baguette side for a tomato soup. Fool me once..
Ordered through the app earlier in the year (April). I placed it towards closing time. Restaurant closed at 9pm, I arrived to pick it up at 9:03. I placed it around 8:40. No warning on the app that they were about to close, and I guess they were operating under modified schedule? Doors were closed but there were still customers inside finishing up. I tried knocking but was ignored. I called but no one picked up. I called 5 times. I think their line is either disconnected or something else. It doesnt lead directly to the restaurant, you have to click a few options before you get a chance to speak to a live person. when I get to that option, the phone just keeps ringing and ringing.I keep calling the next day to see if I can get a replacement meal or even a refund. Still no answer. Had to email the company. In email, they heavily suggest they give a store credit and try to steer you away from taking a refund... I am tired so I just take the store credit so I can purchase my pizzas which end up being disappointing and no better than your standard buffet pizza.So with the terrible experience and bad quality food (no to mention the expensive price), id say youre better off going to little caesars for pizza, they somehow have them beat in quality for a fraction of the price.
This is ridiculous. The flat bread taste like nothing . There is no pizza sauce . The cheese isn't melted its a block . The bread is so thin ?? 0/10
They have a big menu. Food tastes great and the staff were very friendly. Couldn't locate the pepper. Only gripe was how much a meal for two cost. $22! Those are sit down prices.
Placed an online order which was supposed to be ready at 5:45pm ("rapid" order). I waited inside 35 minutes without being acknowledged. There were about 5 car orders that were prepared and being brought out to them as well as inside orders. It would have been faster to I guess place and inside order because my name was on the board over a half hour. My husband stepped in on this as well, why is it taking so long? They shouldn't have a "rapid order" pickup if they can't complete orders fast enough. We had to get our utensils and condiments ourselves as well. Either our order is late or they're out of something. This location has been our go-to for years but now we're not coming back due to lack of customer service.
My wait time was very long only because they were very under staffed, they were working for hard trying to fill all orders I felt bad because they had to close early because they couldn't accommodate all customers due to being under staffed. I gave them 4 stars because they were working very hard and were very nice. They did give me two free pastries for my wait.
