I try to be understanding about lunch rush or heavy dinner orders. But too much is too much. I enjoy Panda Express, but not this location. Consistently getting my order wrong to giving away my order to someone else, to having my online order ready at 6:36 pm when it was suppose to be ready at 6:09 pm. When something goes wrong once, whatever. Brush it off. But every single time? Over it.

Always really good food and service, even when they're busy. This is a good Panda Express.

The staff here are a bunch of bratty teen/immature adults!! I went to this location with my children to get dinner. My children can't handle spice so I kindly explained my situation and asked for a single piece of honey sesame chicken to see if my boys liked it because there is NOTHING else they will eat there. I was met with attitudes and dismissals. I asked for a manager and was told they did not have a manager, I asked for an assistant manager and was told they didn't have one of those either! They had horrible attitudes I asked what my options were because I didn't want to spend $9 for my kids to try a single piece of chicken and they told me that was my ONLY option and were incredibly rude, so I left this location and went to one a few miles away where they very kindly accommodated my request without so much as a single issue!!! I will NEVER return to this location at La Sierra and magnolia. They need to be retrained. I doubt they will do anything or if the franchise owner is even aware or that they even care! Doubt they read the reviews but if they do I have no problem discussing this disgusting situation!

The worst! I was talking on the phone and one guy kept calling me toPut a mask on just like a kid begging his mom constantly. Like wait dude! Be respectful geezNever coming here again. Plus it’s dirty

My personal opinion, and don’t judge me for it, “I love Chinese food from Panda ? Express more than any other Chinese restaurant”. The taste at Panda is just unique, and especially at this location. I always get the fried rice, Orange chicken, grilled teriyaki chicken and Beijing beef. Yup. That is my combination. Go try it, then come back and tell me.The staff at this location is very friendly, and I love that they always have their masks ? on. Love it, the food and the place.

Well, the young lady behind the counter was acting as if she didn't want to be at work that day...the food was good but the service could have been a little better.

Terrible!! They pack your plate so full of rice and give very very little protein. I ordered orange chicken and kung pao. The Orange chicken was stale and tiny portion, the kung pao had a weird smoky flavor and portion of actual chicken was even tinier.Skip this cheap lame location.

I typically have a good experience here. Unfortunately the last couple times the food has been sub-par. Lata night we ordered green bean chicken, orange chicken and almond chicken. There was more onions than green beans and chicken combined. The orange and almond chicken was cold. I had to wait for them to finish packing my food, so I know it wasn't sitting in a box for long at all.

They were very busy!! I ordered the green bean chicken and was told I'd it was being made and I need to wait, ok no problem worth it for hot food. After waiting over 10mins I was then told they were completely out!! I was a little disappointed it took so long to tell me.

As a senior citizen I have a hard time using forks. I asked for a spoon and was told that this location does not have spoons. This borders on elder abuse. At least this locations Rice was cooked ,not like the panda expresses in the Northern San Fernando area
