Worst place don’t go here we got in they told us to sit down we sat down there was only 1 table with 6 others customers dinning in and he was just having a conversation about going places we asked for a menu because we are on lunch time and the guy comes and tells us he can only do to go when there is people dinning we asked for his name and he started laughing first time coming here we don’t recommend he tough it was very funny
This place is usually decent but today when we had dinner, the only waiter there today was unbelievably rude and creepy. He never bothered to write down what we were ordering, so naturally, when the orders came out, they all came out wrong. He also kept leaning in towards us, far too close for comfort. My mom ordered chicken ramen and the chicken tasted sour and spoiled. She was not happy at all and complained about the quality to the waiter. Rather than apologizing, the waiter refused to acknowledge the issue and to add insult to injury, he decided to just laugh and ignore the problem, doing absolutely nothing. He does not deserve to work or interact with customers at all, and I feel sorry for anyone else who has to endure his outrageous behavior.
I love this place with a passion. The noodles and service are wonderful. If you want something big and warming- eat here! The bowls come big and the prices aren't bad at all.Wonderful atmosphere.
I went there for the first time. Takoyaki was delicious. Edamame has a lot of salt. The ramen was delicious.
My boyfriend and I went here for the first time, we created our own ramen bowls and it was amazing. We ordered Gyoza and Shrimp Tempura. Everything was so delicious. 10/10 would go back
This place has amazing Ramon some of the best I've ever had. You have to try it you won't be disappointed. Good stuff enjoy.
Fist and last time coming here. My daughter and I Google Ramen Soup nearby and this place came out and we decided to try it out. Once inside I told the lady we will be ordering to go. I showed her a picture of their Ramen Soup that was in their Google picture and ask her which Ramen Soup it was. I pointed at a Ramen Soup and ask if it was that one or this other Ramen Soup and she responded with " I think so". ?( with an attitude ) I just decided to go with what was closest to it and didn't order anything for myself just my daughter. Better Ramen elsewhere and better customer service elsewhere. ?
The food is always consistently good. I will order the vegetable ramen with chicken, super yummy. I will say that they have the best shrimp tempura I've ever had. I will highly recommend. The only thing is the customer service is a little intimidating. They don't seem to be open to answering questions you might have. I've been coming here plenty of times and will continue coming. I really enjoy the ramen and the food is very well prepared.
Not impressed, I've eaten in Ramen type places all over Asia that had so much more, not only in taste but in quantity. They bring out a large bowl that is half full, at $13.00. I'll not ever return.
Not very good service. Waitress swapped our dishes upon delivery, so when I put togarashi on what I thought was my ramen, it was too spicy to eat, even too spicy for the one who actually ordered the spicy ramen. And the egg was a bit sour. Ruined the meal for both of us. Not to mention, no gomen nasai (apology), and acted like she didn't understand English or what I was saying, until we asked for the check. No Japanese restaurant I frequent ever acts like this, even ramen shops. Japanese owned/staffed restaurants apologize for every little thing that might have displeased a patron.Noodles were not right either, neither the thin nor the thick ones. Broth not that great. Chicken karaage was good though.
