For sure a friendly staff, food was fast, hmm, great, and as good as it was from 30 years ago on Hacienda (i think)
Ever since I brought my grandkids to Tommy's to eat they get enough of it I told him growing up we at least said Thomas once a week the only issue is we live in Arizona and we don't have Tommy's over there so believe it or not this was a Tommy's trip six and a half hours it was worth it as you can see the happy faces you can never go wrong here
THEY DID NOT ADD THE CHILI SAUCE ON THE BURGERS!! REALLY 50$ FOR THE COMBO!! ? REALLY!? THE EMPLOYEE GUY SAID ONE OF THEM WITH CHILI EXCEPT WITH 1 WITH NO CHILI WHAT DO THEY DO THEY MESS UP THE ENTIRE ORDER I OPENED THE BURGERS WHAT DO I SAW NO CHILI ON ONE OF THEM!! I WISH THERE WAS ONE HERE IN RIALTO NEVER GOING TO THAT PLACE EVER AGAIN!!
I wouldn't reccomend. The Chilli wasn't it. I love chilling cheese burgers and fries and I couldn't even finish the fries. The Chilli was like a paste and it was so greasy. I'd rather get wiener schnitzel tbh. Everything else was OK it was clean and the workers are very attentive.
Today I had an amazing experience at this tommys location That hamburger was 110% so was a chili cheese friesI noticed that the ladyWas cooking my hamburger and friesHAnd I hadAnd I had Tommy'ser name was RosarioShe cook the best Tommy's Burger I ever had.And I've been going to Tommy's for yearsIf you want a really good burger you should come here and ask for her to cook your food cuz that's what I'm going to do next timeShe knows what a Chili cheese burger isThank you Rosario
So Tommy's had a $2.99 chili cheese fries special this week so I had to stop in! Service was quick and food was hot and ready in no time. Just wish this chain would come further east in the IE.

Food is always hot! Hence the sometimes long wait. I'd take hot food over cold any day. Friendly staff who will gladly take my complicated order. Google says they're open until 11pm. I called to confirm, number is not working. Drove all the way up there, just to be told they were closed. Cant even bother to update your hours or just trying to leave early? Prolly never eat at that location (mission grove pkwy) ever again.
The below review is based on my opinions when I visited this business on 11/21/2021 around 5:45pm.The dining area was dirty (Pictures attached), service was slow, my fries were moderately warm at best, my soda was watered down (I believe the dispenser was out of syrup), my chile dog cold and it took about 20 minutes to get my order from waiting in line to getting my order in my hands.So why did I give this business a 5 star review?There was three young men helping customers in the dining area and drive-thru window. These three guys were hustling back and forth in the prep area trying to get orders out to customers as quick as possible. These guys were working as hard as they could to help customers that wanted their dinner!One of the employees stated to another customer that two of the crew members called off tonight and that's why things are all crazy tonight.Thanks for coming in to work tonight so I didn't have to make dinner guys. Much appreciated!
