Please readWe went to the Hibachi side and had all ordered our own dinners. We also ordered the 2 lobster tail dinner to share. Its cheaper to buy whole dinner then side tails. We never received any of the soup, salad, rice or any of the extras you get when you buy a dinner with our tails. Then when brought up to management (owner) she decided to argue with us at the table in front of other guest, which is obviously the wrong way to handle things. Then on top of it all she was completely unhelpful with the outcome. My party and I spent a good amount on drinks, appetizers, and dinner just to be treated so poorly. All we wanted is what we paid for. So to sum things up, we had enjoyed our time but left furious because of the way things were handled let alone felt we had been ripped off. Since the owner felt the need to be completely unprofessional and make everyone at the table uncomfortable, the other guests at our table shared they prefer Shogun so that's were I will be going next time for my Hibachi dining. Food was pretty good but unfortunately management ruined any good comments I had by stealing my money!!!
They are very bad Service they don’t respect customers We came at seven people one guy was missing a digit not let us come in they are very stupid by their acting and how they treat customers

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The sushi is very good too. The bartenders can make an excellent drink!
This place is always a good time with excellent service. Nice and clean dining areas. The wait wasn't too long at all, and the DRINKS AMAZING ☆☆☆☆☆
One of the most consistent places. My wife and I have been going for years for either sushi or Hibachi. It's not the same Ooka as pre-pandemic Ooka but what small business is really is now days?We still Enjoyed our treat today.

I've been dinning here for years and it never disappoints. I would have given 5 stars if the bartender was friendly. He was so busy flirting with the girls at bar. So annoying when your just looking for the good/friendly service as everyone else.
Been here twice. Both times it is pretty busy, keep that in mind. But I will say that the food is worth the wait, especially the salmon. The first visit I did have some adult beverages and they were just okay. Fun place to celebrate a birthday with family.
