Longest drive thru wait times ever at this madison location would not recommend unless youve got 40 min to wait with only cars in line .
Great place for Hawaiian barbecue I got the combo lunch special just came with short ribs beef and chicken rice cabbage salad and macaroni salad it was so delicious I recommend this place for lunch and dinner
Usually the food is really good. But today it's so awful I won't be going to the Riverside Madison location anymore. The food was like reheated leftovers. And the ribs were like 90% fat.
Went on 3/19/22. Food was not hot, asked for beef and teriyaki chicken meat was the amount of a kiddie plate. Asked for extra sauce didn’t get it but 1 for each plate had to ask again and still only got 1 more for each plate. Each container of teriyaki sauce was half full and some with hardly any sauce. I will not return if everything is cut in half but still charging full price!!!! horrible
The food was hot and tasty. I had the teriyaki chicken bowl and got the Spam Masubi to go. On this particular day they were out of cups. Large cups only, and the staff didn't have a clue about much of anything but I almost expect that nowadays sadly. I've been going here for years and I would say out of everything on the menu the Spam Masubi is my favorite.
I had overheard someone say their chicken was raw figured it would just be that one should’ve checked mine…
The chicken katsu had me at first glance we exchanged goggly eyes and the rest was history . Ty Ono for bringing us together . Always love .

Food is great. Check the order before you leave, if it's for takeout. They don't always get it right. Takes a long time to get the food, but worth the wait. Katsu sauce is the BEST on everything!
