I never ever do this and for me to take the time out of my day says a lotHad this wonderful young man named Giovanni he was very pleasant clean and charming man he worked very efficiently and got me and my husband all our needsIf you happen to go this location please ask for Giovanni to be your waiter hes such a Blessing as a waiter. Always on top of his tables asking if everything is okay, if there's anything missing, how's your food, etc. You won't regret it. You'll experience a truly good Customer Service! Can't go wrong with olive garden. We went a on a Saturday evening, which is expected to be a busy time. We made a reservation online before we left and by the time we got there only had to wait about 20 minutes to get seated. Had some delicious food and appetizers, can't go wrong with anything on the menu really. I think the staff felt bad we were waiting a bit of time for our food, we thought service was great since we went at a busy time. They gave a discount on the appetizer since they thought we waited a long time, I thought it was a reasonable wait. And the infinite salad keeps you occupied while waiting too.
Great experience. Food came fast and was delicious. Didn't feel rushed but still managed to be out of there in under an hour and half, with kids! Our sever Donna was great and polite and knew almost exactly what to bring for our drinks. Will be going back soon.
Stopped by this Oliva Garden for the first time. Very positive experience. Our waiter was prompt and attentive. The food was hit very good. Portion sizes were generous and the warm Italian donuts were great! I'd recommend this location to anyone!
Horrible, the food took forever, you could tell it had been sitting in the window for a while. The sausage on my pasta was nasty. I asked them to take it back and they did but they never took it off my check. We paid and then realized that it was still on there. When I asked them to refund my money they took forever, we had an appointment we needed to get to, and I just wanted my money back. I asked for the manager several times (which never came)instead sent the server out with 2$ to give to me. When I asked what is was for she said your sausage. I assured her it was almost 5 dollars she went to the back again and this time came out with a 5$ bill. The whole time every single employee I came in contact and asked for the manager which there were 4 had attitudes like it's just a few bucks if your in a hurry then leave. The hostess was very pleasant and seemed horrified about what was going on.
Excellent service,right on time although I was slightly late to pick up, food was still hot and tasteful. The young man that brought my food was very cheerful, helpful and friendly. 5 star period ?
We had a waitress in training (don't remember her name) she was shadowed with a trainer. She was an absolute pleasure to have. It was so refreshing to see a young person that WANTED TO WORK! Wonderful service and food was too!
The food was delicious, but the service was even better. You won't be disappointed. Will for sure come back.Starr our server was just amazing...
The food was pretty good. We ordered the shrimp scampi, chicken Parmesan, a kid’s pizza, 1 strawberry daiquiri, 1 Italian rum punch and a kids peach smoothie.The shrimp in the shrimp scampi was okay in flavor but the scampi (sauce) was very tasty. I dipped my breadsticks in it and it was better than the shrimp. The sauce didn’t absorb too well into the noodles but the noodles were of decent flavor. ?The chicken Parmesan was quite tasty, it was full of sauce and significantly wetter than normal but it was the best Parmesan ? I have ever had there. The sauce permeated all of the meat and oh wow was it delicious.The kids pizza ? was good for what it was but the kids peach smoothie was supremely just the right amount of sweet. I didn’t. It know peach ? smoothies could taste so amazing.The strawberry daiquiri was super great as well as the Italian rum punch. The daiquiri was blended and that really added to the flavor. Next time I will order the rum punch because the strength took my taste buds my surprise.As for soup, we had the pasta fijole and chicken gnocchi, both tasty tasty tasty tasty soups.The kiosk at the table I was using had issues working when checking out and the breadsticks tasted much different than usual but it was a swell adventure overall.
