Ordered our wedding cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes. So good, it was gone. The staff here are so nice and friendly.
Waste of time going here I wanted a basic competitive cake walked in at 12:30 they told me it would be 22 minutes wait for me to get it frosted. Yes they don't want my business shouldn't have to wait 22 minutes for them to frost something that is basic. . . No now not to come to this location location again.
Horrible customer service!! And careless people working there ,bad people skills. We order a carrot bundt cake with a week in advance. We took the cake home and it was not carrot cake ! They gave us spice cake and when I called to speak with the manager she came to the phone to answer my phone call and she already had an attitude. She stated she will call me back to make sure that she was able to check to see what happend and she never call us back. I call again quite a few times to speak with her and she never responded to any of our calls .For sure we will never go back.
If you want the freshest cake or mini Bundt, select your own cakes instead of getting the pre-assorted boxes. Although tasty, they aren't always fresh.
Found roaches in our cake. When we called the store they said to just send pictures or videos to their email and they’ll get back to us manager didn’t even want to get on the phone to speak to us.
Went and bought a 3 tower individual cake set. Had them print a personal message for me on the card & decorate the tower set. It was a beautiful arrangement. BEST REGARDS
One of the slowest bakeries I've been to I don't understand the point of ordering 4 hours ahead of time and still having to wait another 30 minutes after pick up time. After asking them about my order multiple times all they could say was they were sorry. I am someone that has a very tight schedule and that's why I take the time to put orders in way ahead of time and every single time I come in here it's never been ready on time this is about my fourth time coming in. This is the only nothing Bundt cakes I do not recommend.
Come with time to spare, usually there's a line and if you have a special request, they need time to make it.Service is always good, friendly staff, so many things to see ? while you wait.

I've ordered Bundt Cakes numberous times and they are always delicious. However, I placed an order to be delivered for my mother's birthday dinner. The order was not delivered and I was not informed that they wouldn't deliver the order despite the fact that I paid $20 to have it delivered. I had to call the day after to ask what happened and I wasn't given a reason for why it wasn't delivered or why they didn't call me. They offered to "waive" the delivery fee for the late order. That should've been a given at that point but yet it didn't seem like enough. I just asked for a refund instead. I would caution anyone against ordering delivery for something special. They might not make the delivery.
