What is the point of calling ahead for pick up, when you have to wait 40 minutes After you get there?Don't lie to the customer, saying "10-15 minutes"And "just another minute"After waiting 1 hour total, the chicken Alfredo is disgusting.
Pizza has been pretty good. Getting expensive. A solid pizza. Could be greasy, but good. Not crust soaked like pizza hut, but a nice wet top that drips if you squeeze the crust when you fold it. Yum
First and last time eating here. Pizza was cold when arrived and there was just a drop of sauce for the entire pizza if that. Definitely not anything close to New York pizza, little Cesar's is better then this place.
This was one of the WORST,WORST,WORST dining experiences we've ever had! My wife ordered a 10" with onion, green peppers and basil. I ordered a 10" with pineapple and black olives, an order of cheesy bread and a couple of drinks... 50 bucks. Which I could have stomached if the food was good... we ordered it to eat there, after sitting there for 5 minutes, first, looking for a clean chair... which there were none, the outside(only) eating area was disgustingly, deplorably... filthy, the chairs seats were dirty... looked like they'd never been cleaned, the arm trails on the chairs were so dirty I was afraid to move them... the floor also looked like it had never been cleaned and the smell of the dirty trash cans made me feel like I was sitting next to a dirty dumpster, not to mention the traffic noise... so we decided to get our food to go...Then the pizzas... it looked like they pre-make cheese pizzas and when you order, they throw the toppings on and maybe put it in the oven for a minute... pizza was hot, but my pineapple and olive were cold, like they'd just come out of the can... my wife's onions were raw... no browning whatsoever and the basil leaves were still whole and not even wilted. Then the taste, bland and no flavor... to top it off, the l guys working there didn't wear gloves and had their noses out of their mask... given the complete lack of cleanliness of the place, absolutely disgusted my wife, when we got home, she tried one slice... bite off her pizza and decided to make a sandwich. The cheesy bread was also raw.What would it take to get a pressure washer and wash down the eating areas and furniture and trash cans... this is a place completely mismanaged and where the owners and employees don't care. I've been to New York many times and this is an embarrassment to call this New York style pizza... Will NEVER return or order from this place again.
Wow! First time ordering through Uber eats. I ordered the large Philly cheese steak, pepperoni and mushroom pizza, Italian cheesy garlic bread, wedges, ravioli ? and a few more things. It tasted so fresh and had lots of flavor. They just gained some new customers! Our experience was great.
Second time coming here. First time I thought it was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. The second time the pizza was okay and the fettuccine was terrible (the sauce specifically was very oily and didn’t taste right). And the supreme pizza was very doughy.People mentioned the inconsistency of quality and I’d have to agree, hopefully that changes because it was an amazing place prior.
I'm always looking for a good pizza. this did not disappoint. crust was crispy, dough was chewy like a bagel. strong garlic taste. its in my top ten
From were I live I will definitely go back it's great crust awesome taste a bit pricey but definitely I will go back & I live 14 Miles away & it's take out only unless you're going to stop get some rest & hungry they have outside benches .
Food is really good. People that work in here are very rude. I’ve been here 3 times and each time they’re really really rude. Horrible customer treatment. All over a company receipt I requested. They say they don’t give out receipts for purchases made and gave me and my family with kids a big problem over it. Never again and we don’t refer this pizza place.
An institution in Riverside CA. This place is older than I am. So just hear meout ok, the pizza is what you expect. Its pretty damn good its just I expected more from the other dishes specifically the lasagna. But if we're talking straight pizza, fuhgettaboutit.
