We ordered several sandwiches for a business lunch. The order was prepared quickly, and the food was good and fresh. However, the customer service I received was horrible. When I called to ask a question about my order, the girl that answered the phone seemed confused and had to ask another person to help her. When I came in to pick up my order, Eddie, who was at the cash register, did not acknowledge me or even look at me. I had to find someone else to help me. When they forgot to give me my drinks, Eddie put some cups down and walked away. I will not be returning.
I work near by so I figured I'd give this place a shot. I've been in the customer service feild for 11+ years so I appreciate good customer service. The guy working the register never looked me in the eyes once. He saw me wander in looking around lost. Pointed at where the menues were without even looking in my direction. I got the menu found an item then closed it, put it down and stood at the register waiting to place my order. he slowly made his way back to the register stopping to clean tables on the way. Never mind im on a limited lunch. Then asked me what i wanted while staring at the register. Never once looking at me or smiling. Is this how business treat their customers nowdays when they're trying to gain and retain customers? I felt like I was intruding. I walked across the parking lot to tower pizza and waa greeted with a smile and ate there. The slice was huge and I dodnt feel like I was intruding.
Love this place. From my experience, staff has been friendly and accommodating. I feel you are getting a lot of food for the price you are pay for the sandwiches and sides. Highly recommend the Hot Pastrami Hero
Have been going to My Hero Subs for around 25 years, since I was in high school, a block away. The TBA has always been my favorite sandwich here. To this day, I still stop by as often as I can. Love the logo so much that I picked up a shirt a few weeks ago. A fantastic sandwich shop that I would reccomend to everyone...
Been going here for decades. Best subs ever. Best bread, mayo, oil & ving. Love a turkey & roast beef combo. My go to.
First time here got the hot pastrami sub and wow didn't disappoint this has to be 9ne of the best if not the best pastrami sandwich I've ever had
I called to just ask if some minor changes could be made to one of their standard Subs. I told them some of what I wanted & said I would probably be there in a little while. When I got there about 20 minutes later, my sandwich was already made. Even though I would’ve asked for a couple more changes to it, if they hadn’t made it yet.It tasted very good. Except I don’t know why they normally put Mayonnaise on an Italian Sub that also includes Italian Dressing. But I liked it & its taste & price. So I recommend it.
Wow, worst experience i have ever had here and I've been eating here for 10+ years. Why would you ever treat anyone the way you did sir. Be kind to all your costumers even the ones buying your Jr subs because it reminded me of my high school yrs here. Not anymore the new owner is very hostile if you don't spend more than 10 dollars at his place. Treated me and my international friend the worst this is her first time in this country visiting and i bring her here and the guy immediately impatiently taking my order I felt like I was a burden to be helped. Be kind dude. That's all you have to do even to ppl that want to buy your 3 dollar sandwich. You never know who you are running into.
Best sandwich since I was a kid love it
Will not be back.This is the second time I go there and they forget to make my order. Waited over 45 minutes both times and no one bothered to check to see if I got my order. They are quick to take your payment but not quick to make the food. When you spend your entire lunch break waiting on your food, this should not happen when you call it in 20 minutes before you arrive.It would be a 1 star from me but I’ll give an extra star for the food being good.
