This place was good when it first opened. There’s been nothing but issues over the last year or so. Drive thru orders are constantly wrong. Food is not good anymore. Won’t be going to this location anymore
I've been pretty patient over the past 2 months but after this mornings visit I think I'm finally calling it quits on this MrTaco. This morning I drove up to the drive thru at 8:45 to find a sign that says they are changing their hours to open at 8 instead of 7am & after waiting for someone to answer the speaker for almost 5mins I finally drove up to the window to find their employee of the month not wearing a headset to answer the cars. Tried to order a Breakfast burrito & was told they are out of Chorizo. This is the last of many short falls, they always seem to find a way to make the customer feel like an inconvenience & are always out of something you want to order. If your not going to stock items on your menu than why bother putting them on it. They used to have a full salsa bar that was part of the experience but now they ration it into half full cups & charge you if you want more. The food is usually pretty decent when you can get it but the inconsistency outweighs the quality for the price. I have been going to the one in Beaumont it is is everything this store wishes it could be, great food, atmosphere, service & fun. I only wished it was closer... worth the drive!!!!
Very delicious food with a friendly staff and wide range of affordable prices for the right amount, sometimes you may have to speak up a little more due to music but no problem at all very nice atmosphere.ONE MORE THING!!!They make your food pretty fast compared to other restaurants I've been, not to mention I'm very picky with Mexican food making this one very good in my opinion.
Ordered a Surf & Turf Burrito & a Wet Surf & Turf . They didn't have carne asada and they asked if we wanted an alternative . I was like why not ..it probably won't be bad . The cashier was like oh okay good you saved me from something I didn't get to hear right seemed to me they didn't want to make more . Worse decision I ever made.it was disgusting the shrimp on it smell pretty bad the al pastor was terrible. Burrito poorly wrapped . Wish I could've read the reviews before going waste of money del taco or pollo loco is better. Hope I don't get sick.
Food was okay, better than some but being from San Diego the California burrito I ordered was a little lacking compared to what I've come to expect. It's close so I'll probably come back and try more, but only because of convenience.
My first time tonight i orderes food from here and it was NO good. It was poor quality. Got my order all wrong. The meat taste like fridgerator. On the web menu doesnt match the inside menu. The taquitos were all tortilla no chicken. Horrible. Never coming back here again.
The shrimp burrito was so good it was hard to finish it. That burrito ain't small ? but it was delicious.
Great place to pick up some cheap and delicious food. This is a chain, and there are some not-so-great ones, but this one is good!
Mr Taco never disappoints. Their food is always amazing and their service is always first class.
We tried taco and burito.. those were delicous. Unfortunatelly birria was sold out, I believe it taste good too.Good environment, atttactive interior design
