Probably good for other people however for impossible burgers it underperforms compared to other plant based meat and even impossible burgers. Somehow a burger with plants grown in the Arizona desert taste much better than in soCal. Fries are decent and Arnold palmer is really good.
I'm not a vegan but my daughter is. It's hard to find a restraint that we can both get excited about. First on the list are the tater tots and fries. Absolute perfection if you love a crispy exterior and fluffy inside. Match it with any of the several unique dipping sauces and it's a meal by itself. I prefer plain old ketchup. The sweet cold sauce paired with the steaming hot and salty tot is incredible. The shakes are equally as inspired and rewarding. Go nuts and have a burger and a shake at montys. You will be very happy you did.
Love this place. I don't follow a vegan diet but I choose Monty's over a lot of burger places. Their classic cheeseburger is so flavorsome and delicious. Love the fries too! They're thin and crispy and a good serving size. I tried the chicken sandwhich and I personally didn't like it, it was spongey after the first few bites but worth trying once at least.
Im in love with this plant based Place its so yummy and yet very feeling food and service are Fairly priced. They give free pins for yohr jacket or backpacks and neat stickers as well only issue i have is how over priced shirt and sweatshirts id love to have one but cant afford their price's.
I’ve been wanting to try Monty’s for years and it was absolutely worth the wait. The burger was just right in every way I hoped. I especially love the pickles they use. I think I recommend a double if you want a “meat” heavy burger. The tater tots were perfect as well. Just the right amount of crispy and salty, made even better with the sauces. The staff was also super friendly and helpful. The girl working the register helped us pick our sauces and was really attentive. Can’t wait to go back.
Always so good. Milkshake is to die for. Definitely must try.100% recommended
I took a chance and had the chicken sandwich here and it was terrible. It lacked any flavor and I had trouble finishing it. I've never had an experience like this at any vegan restaurant. Do yourself a favor and try something else on the menu if you come here.
First time trying out a meatless cheeseburger and Monty’s did not disappoint! The burger was delicious and the texture was reminiscent of a beef patty. I love the shoestring fries - crispy and not so salty. The strawberry lemonade was carbonated and not too sweet. Can’t wait to come back and get another meal!
Let me preface this review by saying that I am a die hard carnivore. That being said, @montysgoodburger served up a pretty decent burger.The plant based patty was surprisingly tasty and I didn't feel like I was eating a meatless burger. Same thing with the cheese, I didn't feel like I was missing out on anything.Overall, it was good burger. Was it $15 good? No. Would I get it again? Burgers were amazing as well as milkshakes fries and tots were as expected. Everything was delicious. Got a chicken just to try it. It didn’t taste like seitan assuming tofu it was amazing also. I hate seitan but everything was on point. We had plant power the other night and it was awful so if you have to choose between the two please pick Monty’s! You won’t be disappointed as a burger restaurant.
