Visit date 6/26/2022Google maps hours were listed as 11AM to 9:30PM, after getting our 4 children out of the car we Arrived at 9:02, everything was already off and the staff were cleaning and ignored us until I said "did you guys close early today?" Then he said the hours were wrong and they closed at 9:00PM on Sunday's. Very disappointing for our kids who cried getting back into the car with nothing.I suggested an edit to the hours listed, so hopefully this issue will be fixed soon.
I relied on the published business hours clearly stating they’re open till 11pm. We arrived at 10:40pm only to find an unfriendly worker doing stock/inventory. She said that even though they’re in the food lab that closes at 11pm, they close whenever they want. Big disappointment and disadvantage for a business to mislead people. Bad business practice. ??
Me and my husband love this spot the flavors aren’t consistent hence the name but we usually find something we like. But tonight we came and online says 9:30 but Mixies was closed before we got there and the employee working said the times depend on who is working. The times online should reflect how it is in store so that it prevents further arguments or upset customers.
Mixies handcrafted ice cream hits the spot! Creamy ice cream and so many toppings and those warm gooey cookies, delish! The staff was polite and patience with all my questions. My mother and sisters raved about going to Mixies. It’s definitely worth the trip!
My family and I enjoy stopping by Mixies each time when we come into Riverside from AZ. The employees are always so nice and helpful. My ice cream faves or drip mode and chocolate lavender. Both are so flavorful as you taste the cinnamon in the drip mode and the lavender in the chocolate. And to be honest all the cookies are fresh and yummy!
Today the boy working there was disrespectful as he was serving us then actually threw a ice cream at me and when I reacted are you kidding me he said “walk away’ very rudely. I’m not a Karen so we left because it wasn’t worth it. But the fact that this employee was so disrespectful and able to get away with it left a sour taste. I have no desire to return to this spot. This guy was trash and I hope the owners are able to better screen their staff before hiring. We love supporting small businesses so To the owners of this new establishment I hope you can correct this.
Mixies ice cream is super yummy! I love the Drip Mode ice cream flavor and can’t wait to go back for more❤️
I love there ice cream. I always get the Eminem which is yummy! It’s inside the Riverside Food Lab which has a cool atmosphere
It was okay, I got the bourbon vanilla bean and it was kind of underwhelming. The flavor wasn't that good, and kind of bland tasting. The birthday cake cookie was okay as well. Not bad, but not amazing. Will definitely ask for a sample before ordering next time.
First time here... Quinten was super friendly. The ice cream sandwich was definitely big enough for 3 people. He warned us, LOL... Ice cream flavors were different but I'm very disappointed with the Mellow Mint. It tasted like pain vanilla ice cream, no mint flavor at all. Otherwise, I'd come again but I'll probably ask for a sample first :)
