Without fail ALWAYS AMAZING pizza! Their sauce is great! (Not great sauce ruins the whole pie-- not a problem here!) Always HOT!My ONLY "complaint" I would say would be sometimes the middle of pizza won't be thoroughly cut through.. It ain't the end of the world! In fact I believe the issue could be resolved by just sharpening the cutter AND allowing the pizza to rest 2 to 3 minutes after pulling it out of the oven. However, this restaurant is quite popular (aka busy!) so for time I suppose letting the pizza rest might not be plausible. But, I for one, wouldn't mind any if a bit more time is needed; afterall: How do you spell love? T. I. M. E. ?❤️? ?
So so so good!!! I’m visiting from Texas and it was so good we bought Tupperware and brought some back with us. (I know it’s gross but We couldn’t bring ourselves to leave it behind!) We will be back to eat here again.
First of all we waited 1hour to get our food and then when we got it. All of it was cold and wrong the pizza was very cold wings tasted freezer burnt and everything else you be the judge...We call back and the lady that answered blamed everything on the driver.So now we have to wait another hour to get the right order..The price we payed for our food was not worth the wait and time..If your in a hotel for the night order something else other than this place...Ok another hour later we get our food why even bother...Just stay far far away NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE
I absolutely recommend pizza, I had ordered a large pepperoni and a side of wings. The pizza taste fresh and the sauce was incredible. The wings were phenomenal, the mild hot sauce was a great choice, they had just the right amount of spice and an incredible flavor. The customer service was great as well, they are fast and friendly at Marcello’s. I am definitely coming back here and I recommend you do as well.
I ordered dinner for my son and I tonight. There was a mistake with our order but when I told them they corrected it quickly. Our food was really good!
Pizza was absolutely fire!Ordered a standard Hawaiian pie and was overall very pleased.Has a great sauce to cheese ratio, crust tastes fresh and delicious, has an amazing crunch to it.The prices are a bit more than the standard chains but Marcellos does have good deals during the week. Is not the same level as DeMatteos, flavor wise, but they are definitely cheaper than DeMattoes. You will not be disappointed with any of Marcellos pies and I will definitely be coming back!
Have been going to this place with my boyfriend for a couple months now so we are definitely regulars with how frequent we order food from here. We have noticed that they are always leaving an item or two out of our bag like the salads that come with the dinner pastas. This happens often but we’ve never said anything. Last night they forgot our cheesecake that we ordered with our dinner so my boyfriend walked back to get it. He told me that the main guy behind the counter (not sure if he is the manager or was in charge last night but he is there all the time) was extremely rude to him and said that WE need to check our bag as if it was our fault that he forgot to put our food in our bag. Ok so with the amount of times we go there and how much money we spend you would think he would have better customer service skills at least to the regulars but he did not at all. We aren’t going to be ordering food from here anymore after that. The food is okay, nothing great or amazing so it’s no loss for us. Sometimes the garlic bread is super soft like it was never toasted at all. Marcellos just lost some good customers though. Also, I want to point out that half the workers don’t wear masks which is concerning because they are touching and handling our food during a pandemic.
I have been going to the Marcello's on Blaine about 2-3 times a week for the past 6+ months. This is because I moved nearby and it is convenient to eat there. I often buy for both me and my partner, spending about $20-$40 every visit. About a half dozen times or less, I have had missing items (usually just a side salad or something) and I have always kept quiet about it.Last night I spent $35, and y'all had forgot to put my cheesecake in the bag. I walked back in the late night cold to ask for it, as well as ask for an extra cheesecake for my troubles (and because I am such a loyal costumer).Had the dude simply told me that he couldn't, it would have been ok. However, the guy proceeded to lecture me how I should have checked the bag for my own items. This dude will obviously never be a businesses owner himself. Either the costumer is always right... or the costumer is wrong and takes their money elsewhere.I guess I was in the wrong for wanting a $5 cheesecake after being a loyal costumer and frequently getting shorted. Oh well. I suppose not spending my money at Marcello's is the perfect new year's resolution. Probably best for my wallet and my health.I still bought that second cheesecake though, and didnt start a scene... But that will be the last $5 I spend at that establishment. Smart move, hope you are satisfied.I had already been silently questioning their cleanliness. Half the workers dont wear masks, and it looks like they can barely muster passing basic health standards- let alone urgent health precautions given by our planet's doctors and scientists (last I heard even Trump was supporting pandemic health precautions, so yall have no excuse, literally listen to your doctor and every damn scientist out there, its embarrassing). At the very least use some damn window cleaner on the front door. Thing looks like it hasnt been cleaned since last year.Cheers. ;)

I'll start by saying that I have spent a lot of time getting pizza from the place that has the Noid and that was probably in my go-to normally but it seems like service and quality have been severely lacking lately and I'm just not accepting excuses anymore. I called these guys to talk about their pizzas for a couple minutes and they answered my questions professionally and extremely courteously. This was my first time trying them out and I must say the pizza was just a tree topping with extra cheese but I have to admit it was done impeccably well and it tasted absolutely delicious and fresh! You might spend just a couple bucks more than you would at the two other carry out places that a lot of people go to but I will say that it is definitely worth a couple extra bucks to get decent Pizza. I want to thank them for being extremely nice and providing great service even if I only bought one pizza for a quick late night dinner. I definitely will be back and I think I'm going to make this a normal place to go to for grabbing a pizza because here the quality is top-notch and not lacking like a lot of other places right now. Thanks guys you have a new customer and I will be back
