I have never been out to a restaurant that is so cozy, and friendly. The bartender Crystal greets you with a smile, and tends to you right away. The food is the outmost tasty!! It's taste is unexplainable!!! You would have to go by to see for yourself!! Even the head chef By the name of "Dee" came out to our table and I got a chance to thank her for the best macaroni and cheese, the fully loaded chicken fries and the soft tacos that we had ordered!! My mouth is watering as I type!! I recommend this restaurant to everyone that has a long day at work and that just needs a relaxing place for a drink with a great plate of food !!!
I've don't usually write reviews unless it's necessary. My husband and I had dinner at Law's on the 4th of June. Let me say this first. The food was great. Ok but this is howthings got started. We are black. The way they're set up you can see the guest as they are walking up. Why when we get to the door it was LOCK? You can see on both of their patios people (white/mexicans) on both. We were knocking no answers. So this Mexican lady on one of the patios said...the door is lock? I would let you in this way but it has a big sign saying the alarm will go off. We said no problem. Then at that time a white waitress came over and didn't look our way and started to talk to the Mexican lady, I was saying excuse me, excuse me she wouldn't look my way until the Mexican lady said they need you. She said to us kinda firmly..someone is on their way to unlock the door. Then a young white lady opened the door and said to us...Why didn't they open the from the patio? I told her what the girl said about the alarm. She said that thing doesn't work. I said she didn't know she doesn't work here. So they seated us on the patio where the Mexican lady and her friend was eating. We were the only couples on that side. The white waitress waited on her and another white young lady waited on us. I thought that was strange. You needed two different waitresses for such a small area? Well, anyway, she was very very nice. I asked her did they offer military discount she went and asked that same waitress and she immediately said NO! So when we finished our meal and our bill was $61 we left a $20 tip. We should not have put the tip on our credit card. We should have gave cash and placed it in her hand. We'll long story short. As we were leaving getting ready to get into our car I looked back and noticed the white waitress who wouldn't come near us at all cleaning up Our table. And she looking at me with a dirty look. A few days later my husband said to me they took the $61 but the tip didn't come out. We believe that white waitress alter our bill and the nice lady didn't get our tip because she probably told her that we didn't leave one. I not resting until I get this resolved. True story!
Okay people just when I thought I found one of the best steak places around in South Corona at dos Lagos, I've been forced to eat my words.Last week, I had the filet mignon, which regretfully I didn't take a picture of, it was smothered in an onion and mushroom sauce, and was perfectly tender from start to finish, not to mention the amazing flavor. If you know me you know that I'm of the school that believes steak sauce is only needed on poorly flavored steaks.I didn't use a drop of bottled steak sauce on either the filet mignon last week, or the baseball stake today.I can honestly say that Laws, serves some of the highest quality cuts of beef, that I've ever had the pleasure of dining on, hands down.I truly can't see myself ordering steak, anywhere else, ever again, seeing as how Laws is only about 2 miles from my house. Why would I go anywhere else for an awesome steak that I know for sure I could have only 2 mi from home.So rest assured, from now on when my wife wants a good steak, we'll be at Laws... No more disappointments, no more wondering... My go-to place is Laws.Did I mention the prices are very reasonable.???.PS my wife got the fettuccine alfredo, and it was absolutely delicious, and so far every time the vegetables were perfectly cooked.... Stay tuned, I'll be sampling their whole menu, and giving you updates.I CAN'T WAIT!?
It wasn't good. A random guy eating at a table across from the restaurant yelled over to ask how we're doing randomly. Mid conversation. Ordered prime rib and they said it was out then they gave us the option of ribeye. 20 minutes later prime rib came all dry and seemed like the last bits put together. This was mother's day so I will return on a less demanding to see if this is a regular thing. The vibe was really good, the bar seems exciting and the staff for the most part was cool. But for now 2 stars.
This is a cool spot I never knew about. Food and cocktails were fairly cheap, and met some cool people. We had a good time. The pool tables are a bit expensive though, $1.50 per game.... most places I've seen are $1 tops other than that I recommend it.
The steak was full of flavor cooked to perfection .service was great friendly and waiter was very polite helpful and attentive. The price for the meal steak veggies and baked potatoes w salad was reasonable . GREAT QUALITY FOR AND EXPERIENCE A PLUS .
This spot brings people in who enjoy great food, conversations, dancing and karaoke. Friendly bar service, (pleasure meeting you Big Mike), and much love around from folks sharing the vibes. It's not extremely large but individual areas for dancing, karaoke(outdoors), the bar, and 2 pool tables! If you come and play nice, you'll love it! I was there last Friday night and the Steak and Lobster dinner is winner! Tell them you want the ribeye steak, only $5 more! So if you're looking for a nice place away from the crowds, keep this a secret between you and your special guest. Indiana, just east of Tyler(1/2 mile). Special shout out: those chicken wings looked and smelled amazing!
Thanksgiving dinner was absolutely fabulous! It was my first time there, and the owner came around to all the tables to check on how their experience was. The food was delicious and I'll go back again for sure!
Fabulous if you want a relaxed atmosphere with good service. The prime rib was on point and the choice of sides would usually be an upgrade at other restaurants. Asparagus, green beans choice of potatoes, soup or salad. The lobster bisque on Fridays is so friggin good. Not to mention the owner Michael greeted every table. Nice bar and good drinks!
