Best ice cream in town
I came in for a couple of scoops of Abuelita and the girl refused to get it for me claiming it was too frozen to scoop. Just sheer laziness... Then they ignored me when I tried to get info to speak to a manager. Acting like they didn't understand me.

worst michoacana ever!! Bad service, the girl didn’t even wear gloves after touching the money, my fruit was disgusting, there was a cockroach on the wall and my chips were stale do not recommend coming here
I will be bringing family next time. It has a good atmosphere. They have so many good reviews for a reason.
One of the worst locations. Their hours are listed as 10pm closing time. But they start to lock their doors at 930pm?? Employee said they just started closing at 930pm but other reviews show this has happened before at this location
Good ice cream. Bad service.This is my second time coming here. The first time I liked it so much that I recommend this place to 2 other people. Unfortunately tonight, this one worker who didn't know english, was very rude to us. I did not care that she didn't speak any english. I used enough spanish to know how to order. But I didn't know the word for "Sunday" in spanish. I had already order a banana split, but my mother-in-law wanted a Sunday. I tried to explain kindly to her and I was patient. But she was so rude to me. Shaking her head at me because I didn't know spanish? Respect and kindness goes beyond language. Once I didn't know how to order the Sunday, her expression and additude changed. My Fiance order after me. And she did the same to him. Good ice cream. Bad service.

So this place was amazing the first time i had ever been here...now the second time was completely opposite... After leaving there i realized why...it was the service... The lady that was here the first time was awesome...and she was alone working...she had a line of customers but she took her time and made everything in a way that made it worth the wait.. But second time there was 2 girls and one was very unwelcoming she did not have any customer service skills at all... I really wanted to just cancel order and leave but felt bad because the oder was made already...the items i order didnt taste the same and hope it was who made them....
