This evening at 8:34pm my kids and I strolled in for an ice cream. As we enter the lady employee asked us, from the distance, if we were paying cash or card, and as the door finally closed behind us, she was already asking if we knew what we wanted? We haven't even reached for the ice cream display yet. She went on asking us three more times if we were ready. I explained to her we feel as if she is rushing us. Then her response was: "well, I have to clean up and close". This was not cool and a Total display of lack of interest to assist a family of customers. I feel sorry for whoever is paying this lady's salary, as she is making you lose business with this type of behavior.
They always close earlier than the time stated online it wasn’t even 9 yet and they had closed so annoying
Been wanting a mangoñada so I came here. I've been to this la Michoacána before and it was pretty good. Ended up getting mine with tamarindo and chamoy piña, it was pretty good. The shop was clean and staff was wearing gloves and masks, so they are following current sanitary conditions. Can't complain really, was quick and easy. Coconut paleta was bomb! I cream was also good as per my kidd. Little run down looking and cleanliness might be a bit suspect. But since it's just ice cream, whatever. I'll be back for sure.
Store closes at 10 and they refuse to take order at 9:45, we drove for 30 min for ice cream but I guess that was the last visit I will ever have to this location…???

The girl who was there had an attitude and I asked for 3 different things she said they didn’t have those ??♀️??♀️ Basically all they had was ice cream ?
Young kid that works there gets your order wrong and then blames you for it.
